Location felt good and the place is really nice and enjoyable to spend time at. The beds are really soft and comfy, and the breakfast was good. Highly recommend. We went out late one night and came back late and the host stayed up to let us in when we returned well past hours. The big front door/gate is locked for security which made us feel really safe but was certainly annoying for our host in this moment and we really appreciated him doing that for us so we could still enjoy the night we arrived late.

This is a beautiful property. I wasn't expecting it to be so gorgeous. Also, I really appreciated how quiet it was. Although this is in the heart of Managua, only a 10 minute drive to a very nice large shopping mall, the fact that Managua Hills is tucked away on a side street in a quiet neighborhood provides much needed peace and quiet from the busy city. That was really nice. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the area. The vegetation/plants and layout of this place were all beautiful. The pool was clean, refreshing, and relaxing. And the staff was very kind and welcoming. I stayed for three days/two nights, no complaints. When I requested transportation to the airport on my last day, they were very flexible with my schedule and offered me a safe ride with a reasonable charge. I really enjoyed my stay at Managua Hills. Thank you!

I love Wayak! Nice sized room with a cute little balcony overlooking the courtyard. I like that the style of the hotel has its own personality, not like cookie cutter rooms. The shower with great hot water from a waterfall shower head makes it so enjoyable. Staff is really friendly too.

This is one of the worst places I have ever traveled to.

This is one of the worst places I have ever traveled to. It is very hot. It is very dirty. There is trash everywhere. The Central American culture is horrible. Everyone pushes you out of the way and is disrespectful and inconsiderate. People are so selfish. It is always loud. People play their music really loud and do not wear ear buds or headsets. There is not much to do in Managua. There is just the area near Plaza Nicaragua/Placio Nacional. I would not go there again except to see Otempe and other volcanoes.

Best beachfront in the area, better than nearby resort by a long shot. Friendly staff, ice cold beers right next door. Basic accommodations, nothing fancy but more than adequate for our needs. Everyone loved it.

Managua isn't a super historic or beautiful city, but if you are looking to see what modern urban Nicaragua looks like, maybe spend a day here? The waterfront at Salvador Allende is pretty, and the city centre has a couple of monuments and museums.
