Amazing, friendly personable staff, all the way from reception to cleaning staff to restaurant and food service. I even received an unexpected birthday surprise, it was very sweet :) Breakfast spread was wonderful, really great restaurant with good food and desserts. Very nice and comfortable atmosphere and decor. Concert hall was amazing!!! We saw Plumbo and the venue was fantastic!

Easy online check-in (hotel is not staffed) via door code sent by email. Large, clean room, high water pressure, ample hot water, fridge was a nice touch, comfy bed. I also liked that my windows opened for added ventilation. Free and plentiful parking was a bonus.

Well...Nice feel upon arrival. Like a country club or old style hotel (in a good way). A keycard! Nice single room. Nice view. Walked the interesting property to take photos. Cocktails at the small bar before dinner. Nice classic hotel restaurant. Good kitchen, nice meal. Good service. Breakfast buffet was very good. Very good bread, toasted, butter, preserves. The meats(3): rustic pate was particularly good, eggs (2 ways), bacon, yogurt, fruit, orange juice, coffee, tea. There were several interesting displays in the hotel, look for the Olympic torch.
