My impression of Oslo is that it appears to be a quiet...
My impression of Oslo is that it appears to be a quiet unassuming city where living is likely quite comfortable. It has some interesting and very worthwhile museums. I wouldn't say it impresses with particular vistas or must see civic attractions. The Oslo Fjord is a picturesque waterway without overwhelming the visitor visually. One fact does require mention and this one is of course well known. In terms of value for the tourist currency, it is cheaper than Switzerland, but compared to other European destinations it limps behind by quite a margin.Guest review byWillAustralia - 8.0

Their version of TSA needs to get their staff aligned. We clarified before security that we could take ice cubes in our water bottles (no liquid) and for whatever reason we went though two different security lines and my wife and kids had no issue with the ice in their bottles but on my own side they said I couldn’t have it, and I explained it’s ice and the guy goes “it’s still water”…. Geilo is a ski town.
Geilo is a ski town. Skiing in Norway is more affordable than the United States and less crowded. Unlike many ski towns that I have been in, Geilo was pretty dead once the slopes were closed. There is no public transit within the city limits. Taxis are infrequent and expensive. If you stay for a few days, a car is recommended. We took the bus from Oslo to Geilo and the train from Geilo to Bergen. It is spectacularly beautiful and the young people working at the ski resorts were very cool. Walks along the river are very pleasant and a couple of museums are worth visiting, especially on Saturday when they are free entry ! We actually have to search for few streets with those little traditional small houses, because everything is much modern and bigger. Ok you didn't handle the google payments.
Ok you didn't handle the google payments. So we did the return booking which was made to booking.com. Did you do it or did booking do it. And following the comments of booking is that you are handling the page on booking.com you self. So why is it stored there. In this case I have paid 2 times the transaction costs of almost 10 euro's to transfer Eiro to NOK. Three question. How is it possible that the google pay transaction is on the page. And confirmed with a payment of the bank. Who did the return booking. Because the hotel is saying we didn't do a return booking. And booking is saying the financial transactions is totally in hand off the hotel. And now I have paid for nothing twice the transaction costs. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment last weekend. The owner lady was incredibly kind and responsible, making sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Parking was hassle-free, which was a great relief. The apartment itself was exactly as described: clean, beautifully designed, and very quiet. It provided a peaceful retreat after our long trip and busy days of skiing. The sauna was a fantastic addition, offering much-needed relaxation and warmth.
