United StatesVery clean room and the staff was phenomenal. I was having a little problem with the rental car and the manager walked over with me to the garage across the street to help get it fixed. The other manager moved my car to the parking spot by the room and carried my heavy bag into the room for me. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. These people went above and beyond to do anything to make our stay the best.

My stay was cut short due to Covid =lockdown, however the 2 nights i spent here was great, would recommend this hotel to others. Very clean spacious and well located for vineyards. Stunning location in a lovely rural setting. Abundance of wild birds in a beautiful garden setting containg fruit orchards. A very relaxing B & B where the hosts have added so many little extra touches eg chocolates beside the bed, M&Ms, good selection of teas. There is a pub about 2 miles away which serves stunning renowned beef burgers. Jill and Peter were wonderful hosts. Havelock is a delightful place. In the distant past I had only stopped whilst driving through, but as a relaxing place to stay it exceeded my expectations. Great place to spend a couple of nights amongst the vines tasting wines & experiencing the golden mile produce. The hydroponic strawberries are to dye for.
