A balcony with lake views is offered in each unit. Incredible people that would organize so much for you. Very good food, transportation and they also arranged for us to join an island tour. The experience itself is really cool, but you need to put on a lot of clothes because it is going to be cold. You will never forget the water bottle.

It was an amazing time, Cesar is very friendly and very responsive. He arranged our pick up from the train station and took us with his boat from the taxi. He and Lucy prepared an amazing stay for us, the house is very clean and comfortable and the food was delicious. The next day we didn't have anything planned so Cesar took us to a tour around the islands, explained to us everything about their community, arranged for a totora boat trip and gave us an amazing time learning a lot of stuff. Him and Lucy are such warm and friendly persons, it was so nice to be guests in their home and we recommend to pass their door step and get to know them, you will have an amazing time.

They explained how to get to the port from the Puno bus station and then picked me up in a boat to bring me to the house :) also check in was at 10am so I didn’t have to wait long after arriving in the morning and got to enjoy the whole day on the lake and visiting the Uros community. The apartment is so cute and a perfect spot to disconnect and relax! It was so cool to stargaze through the glass ceiling in the room and watch the sunset from the daybed on the deck. The home cooked meals were delicious, and the bed was so comfy! I would definitely recommend staying here :)
