The breakfast was good. Good choices and the staff really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent only problem there was an alley you had to walk through which was not at all pleasant. When it rained it flooded. The staff were friendly polite and very willing to help. They had a guy outside selling trips who was extremely pleasant and not at all pushy

For families, is an excellent choice. The family suites are spacious, well-equipped, and designed with the needs of families in mind. There was more than enough room for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The peaceful and quiet environment of the hotel was another highlight, providing a perfect setting for a restful and rejuvenating vacation. It was truly a serene escape from the noise and stress of everyday life. The staff's attention to detail was exceptional. They ensured that every request was met with care, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Whether it was arranging special amenities or simply offering helpful suggestions, the crew was always available and eager to assist. Specially too Almonde and Logene they provide an excellent service. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially families, looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and top-tier experience. And the letter attached to the valentine balloon. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly... My bad i forgot to give a tip at the end of our stay due to early stress of flight.     Location is great as it is near to almost everything but most facilities are old and worn out. There is no view from the room as when I opened the window it is already a wall of the other building. Management may need to check facilities and train staff. If this property is being managed properly it can generate lots of money as location is excellent.

    If you're looking for relaxation and family time, Boracay was excellent! It was incredibly tourist/outsider and family friendly: shops everywhere, pools and beach, food and snacks, and many options for fun and outdoor activities. We went on vacation as a family of 4 (kids 6 boy and 11 girl). It's picturesque and there might have been a nightlife but we totally missed it (because we didn't care to find/see it).
