Coming from Cebu City, there is a striking difference between the people as well as the architecture. We went in Mid May and the town was not overrun with tourists. So it was easy to do the sightseeing. Most things are close by and fairly much in walking distance - if it is not too hot for you. Seeing architecture and their development from hispanic to American to modern style was interesting. There is quite a lot of explanation given - should you be looking for it, and some local guides are eager to show you their treasures.Guest review byClaudiaPhilippines - 10.0

If you’re a nature lover who enjoys stunning landscapes, long stretches of coastline, and quiet highways perfect for biking or driving, this destination is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning this summer. Two weeks just weren’t enough to fully experience all the incredible spots without feeling rushed. Next time, I’m giving myself more time to truly take it all in.Guest review bySalag OlakPhilippines - 8.0

We had dinner at Sen Lek Thai restaurant - they had generous portions and delicious noodles. Go easy on the chili though - they tend to be spicy when you add so much :) We also had LU RiverFarm Seafood Restaurant - the view would probably be better during the day but the food was delicious as well.Guest review byAC1989Philippines - 2.0

A nice get away specially for young ones who enjoyed the islands & the water activities ( Banana Boat ride our favorite) There's plenty of food to enjoy! Just bring your swimsuit, a hat & sunscreen. the water is cool & refreshing on a hot summer, specially after walking & climbing stairs, there's shaded areas to rest in between for the not-so-young ones .....Guest review byCuyuganUnited States - 10.0

Food were delicious. I love that they serve and maintain the local food. Restaurant/Carinderia served local food and it was great. Fees in cave and lighthouse is overprice for 200 - 300 pesos per head.Guest review byMaximaPhilippines - 4.0

Hiking to Kabigan Falls and spending time at Saud Beach are definitely a fun experience especially for larger groups. The company of friends and family make this stay memorable. The Saud Beach is laid back and not a typical tourist beach destination but it is an easy escape from the hustle and bustle. Restaurants near the beach are snobby and quite rude to guests since they get high influx of customers from other hotels in the area that dont have nice beach front. I recommend staying at hotels located in front of the Saud Beach to avoid this type of inconvenience. It is the best way to enjoy and make the most out of your time and money while in Pagudpud. Hiring local guides make it easier to get around the popular tourist spots.Guest review byRachelUnited States - 8.0

Vigan is a nice, small, historical, Spanish influenced town with very nice shops, restaurants, and architecturally pleasing structures. They have a nearby airport which offers flights to Manila, and the Partas bus terminal is only a 5 minute trike ride from the town square area; you can pretty much get anywhere by trike for only 50-100 php. The nearest beach, Santa Catalina, is only about a 10-12 minute trike ride from downtown Vigan; the beach area is underdeveloped but the sunset is still beautiful!Guest review byScottyUnited States - 10.0

We came solely to check out the waves.
We came solely to check out the waves. My son was interested in surfing. But, the waves were small when we visited. We didn't really explore the town. We took advantage of the cooking facilities and my cousin prepared a meal there. Next visit, I would probably visit some of the local sites.Guest review bySheila
