We also ordered room service the first day we arrived as my husband wasn't feeling well. It came promptly and was delicious as well. The bed was fine, and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel crew is amazing, everyone is very nice, patient and willing to help with any issue. I would like to mention especially Sena and Alexandru from the reception, who made our stay wonderful.
