Felt safe throughout our stay. Room was beautifully decorated with bright modern colours. Everything, literally this is the best place that can be for the family relax and vacation. When going to Romania, I will definitely stay here at least for 2-3 nights!

Very nice city a lot of place to visit, nature is intact and people are mostly polite. Infrastructure is in bad shape but they are trying to make it on. So all in all I think everyone should visit this beautiful city and country of Romania

I came to like otopeni for its convenience to the spa.
I came to like otopeni for its convenience to the spa. I found bucurest busy, chaotic and with a lot of traffic so we were very lucky to be in the spa in and out within 10 to 15 minutes depending on the airbnb. We had a car and going in and out the spa and around otopeni was useful. I dont think you can walk around in the busy street. However I do not recommend driving in bucurest because if something goes wrong they have very strict driving rules and very strict police and I ended up having a lot of issues.

Therme was amazing got to recommend, don’t bother going for Elysium the palm is the best part! Close to the shops, nice affordable shops to visit and easy to use public transport, I’d recommend downloading bolt for your time there.

Snagov is close to Bucharest so you can have a getaway...
Snagov is close to Bucharest so you can have a getaway easily. There's a lake you can visit but come prepared to meet mosquitos in the evening and bring a repellent product to protect yourself.
It's easy to visit, I ate at Country Spa and have previously dined at Casa Vlasia as well - bit pricy but food is OK.
I recommend it for couples, I visited the place with my husband for our wedding anniversary 3 times.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. It’s a good location as everything is within a 20 minute taxi ride. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The owner, Victoria really went out of her way to make sure you had an amazing stay. We loved every minute of our stay there and would definitely come back!

The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. They allowed our group to use all the amenities. I strongly recommend. We took advantage of the snow and made a snowman in the yard. It is extremely nice to be greeted with a smile, warmth and responsiveness.
The hosts don't speak English well, but we used a mobile app and everything was fine.

Immaculate property, easy to get in and out, great location for the US Embassy, zoo close by and very good location.
Great, great beds and pillows, two balconies, 3 air conditioning units, restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get in and out, underground parking, great wifi. Easy to get in touch with owner. Super safe location. I would come again and stay longer.

Location on the lake is wonderful, next to very nice fish restaurant on the coast. Bucharest is so close and the Therme Bucharest also, Snagov monastery and Mogosoaia palace. Next time I will stay longer to be able to visit more attractions 😊

Historic center is a must! Very close you can book a visit to "Casa Poporului", a massive protocol building built under communist regime now serving mainly for lower and upper chamber for the deputies. "Cismigiu" parc, located also in the center of the city, is a nice place to relax. A visit to Herastrau Park turned out not what was expected as the homonym lake was currently being cleaned, therefore empty (what a sight!); we took consolation by visiting the "Grigore Antipa" museum of natural sciences, which is next to the park,

For car enthusiasts, the Tiriac Collection Museum is a must-have experience (my son and I are car fanatics and spent more than 5 hours there). A large number of cars, both classic and modern, including unique pieces such as the Ferrari LaFerrari and Mercedes-AMG One. Free water available at the reception, coffee for an additional charge.
As car enthusiasts, we give it 10 stars out of 5. Absolutely amazing.
I can also highly recommend Therme.
We only visited one of the three sections because of my son’s age (something you should definitely pay attention to), but we really liked it. Nice water slides, pools, pool bars both inside and outside, lots and lots of greenery, and even during busy hours we were able to find free sunbeds. Also open until late.
