I like everything except the poolside beds had no mattress could not sit on the wood beds at poolside to uncomfortable

Our family loved everything, we had a great time and enjoyed swimming in the pool. We also liked the many details in the room, the large bathroom, and the friendly staff.

New modern facility, fancy decorations and in room lighting, great breakfast, friendly staff

The room was fantastic, clean and beuatiful view. The breakfast platter is huge and has a lot of variety. Great taste! The location is central with access to every facility and the beach and the access to Terminal 21 mall.

The Place in the meddle of Pattaya city which all services avaliable such as groceries , clinics restaurants and central festival Mall . The reception and others employees has very high hospitality and always finding a way to assist you .

Everything is great. The room space is big, love the kitchenette plus washing machine. The hotel Bar and pool has such a great vibe for photos and to chill. The breakfast is great as well. Didn't managed to use the gym.

Great place. Confortable. Good location. I just didnt like it that when I arrived the swimming pool was closed. I find that quite cheeky - this should be announced beforehand or at least a discount offered.

It was easy to get around, many places to eat, and only 35 minute walk to Pattaya beach

For that price I got an unbeliviable luxus room!

Amazing hotel in the city center a few minutes from the beach. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful roof top swimming pool and sauna with great view of the sea.

Huge complex , offers more then others hotels around , attached dinners with plenty of variations , reviews are not accurate, extend my stay for a week right away after staying at 4 different hotels in Jomtien beach , great value for the money .. thanks me later 😊

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and did everything they could to ensure our comfort. The pool and the beach were both fantastic. We were also delighted with the room upgrade and the early check-in. Thank you very much for everything, and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The food was delicious, and the service throughout was top-notch. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, making it incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the quick buggy rides around the property, requests were always handled promptly and with a warm smile. I absolutely enjoyed my SPA! Everything was just perfect. Truly an excellent experience from start to finish!

There’s also a nearby night market with a few food stalls, adding some local flavor to the area.
