It’s the perfect location if you have an early flight or need a place to stay close to the airport. The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. The pool is relaxing and huge and there are restaurants to choose from within the hotel too. I had an early morning flight but thoroughly enjoyed the last day of my holiday at this hotel. Some hotels near airports make you feel your holiday is over but this one felt like an extension of my trip

The restaurant is very good with many options and a sensational Tom Kha Gai The staff is extra attentive and super nice and friendly The beds are huge, comfy, and smell like heaven The scenery and atmosphere were like a vacation resort This place was way above my expectations considering I booked it mostly because it was close to the airport.     I thought this was a really great deal for a simple and convenient airport hotel. I flew in internationally at midnight and had to catch an 8:00 a.m. flight out. I've stayed at the hotel on site at the airport, but it's quite pricey and this hotel offers a rate including round trip transfers from the airport so I decided to give it a chance. With the twists and turns of airport roads, I think this hotel is only a minute or two further than the on-site airport hotel anyway. The transfers each direction were both on time, friendly, quick and easy. Just make sure you let them know when your flight is arriving. I was worried that I didn't properly inform them, and sent them a last-minute message as we landed just in case. But they were already there with a sign waiting for me. The check in staff both late at night and in the morning we're super friendly and kind. A porter led us through the complex (it looks like the place operates under three different names and has several wings) and in the morning I noticed the really cute decorations around. The room was nothing fancy but had a couple of chairs and some desk space, a big bed and a TV with mostly Thai programming. The bathroom had a frosted sliding door but was decently private and everything was clean and usable. It was definitely not as fancy as the hotel airport, but a fraction of the price. I'm glad I took the chance of this place, I was completely satisfied with it and will definitely use it again on my next long layover. I know people get lazy and don't leave reviews unless they have a problem so often, so I wanted to make a point and leave this place a nice review that they deserve! Thanks again!

    This is the perfect hotel for airport transitioning - nice cozy room, warm-welcoming stuff, and not to miss the cafe which has been offering delicious meal, drinks and home made desserts. If you need anything, there’s a 7-11 (290m) nearby. Plus they offer very 24hrs shuttle (advance reservation required) to airport at 200THB per room and the driving distance only takes 10 mins. This was our second time staying here and we were superb happy about everything. However, our second visit was beyond our expectations for one incident happened… We were traveling with two small kids and once we arrived at BKK airport thru hotel shuttle service then we found out missing one phone at the room during our packing. This was our mistake and we called the hotel immediately to see if they found the phone in the room. Luckily, they did retrieve the phone and asked their shuttle driver to deliver it to us at the airport during his next service… hard to express our thankfulness with appreciation about their prompt reaction with agility in taking care of this request in words, I would like to THANK YOU AGAIN for saving us here!!!

    We had a great stay the front desk went out if their way to accommodate out late arrival 1AM. Driver was polite and helpful. Rasi at the front desk gave on the spot advise of how to get around Bonus was the breakfast and van ride to the airport.

    Very nice place to visit.

    Very nice place to visit. You can adjust your time as you like it. Calm and quiet in relaxed areas. Or you can take short rides around in Bang Phli to experince temples, zoo's, old river-city's etc. All within a short time. Absolutely recommended as a place to visit. (As all places I've visited in Thailand)

    Bang Phli is a good place to stay for the airport, about 30-40m by taxi. The shopping mall at Big C is good, but you must cross the road outside by skywalk, as this road makes Silverstone look placid - very dangerous!! Bang Phli is not near the city so don't expect to see many tourists in the area.

    Everything is easy to get to with taxi and even walking. It is a much more relaxing vibe here than in central Bangkok and just a short taxi ride to the airport. There is a few okay shopping malls there also.

    Cheap and clean but disapointing. WiFi insecure and came on next morning and off at 8am day we left. Coffee was 3 in 1 mix (coffee, creamer, sugar) doesn't allow for those who don't want creamer or sugar but at least it wasn't Nescafe! A bleak area with no restaurants just a 7/11 across a busy, fast 8 lane highway. Staff seemed disinterested

    I've always found the staff to be efficient, friendly and helpful. In fact I accidentally left two items of clothing behind in the wardrobe. Upon realising this, I called the Hotel's front desk and was met with a young lady who was more than happy to assist in recovering these items for me. Within a few days my clothes had been sent to me in Lamphun. Fantastic service...thank you Survanabhumi Ville staff for your consistent helpfulness. Van & Moo Moore

    Terrible suburb of Bangkok with nothing to see and nothing to do not even a walk. We ate at a vegan restaurant that was nice and really good but the prices don't worth the place at all! You can't cross the street without risking your life. Dirty streets, poor places, just don't go there.
