Amazing location. We had a car, there was ample and secure parking. The breakfast was very good, with courteous and friendly staff. The reception staff was very helpful, special thanks to Mr Adil who guided us to a very good restaurant, everyone was going out of their way to make sure all the guests were well attended.

Everything was great and perfect, Everyday they clean all the things, the staff are very very very very Höflich (Polite) and kind people You feel like ur home Rafika on the Reception is a great lady she is very helpful and she has a good smile Eya on the help center is a good lady too And my friend (snousi) in the restaurant he is a great man he is so polite and helpful and always smiling on ur face. The food also very clean and fresh The experience was great to be honest i can’t wait to go again.

The restaurant and the staff they are wonderful and so helpful

Although my trip was mainly for medical purposes and I couldn’t fully enjoy all the hotel facilities, the exceptional cleanliness and excellent food were impossible to miss. All the staff were wonderful, especially Hayat at the reception and Mokhtar in the restaurant — my sincere thanks to them. They truly made us feel as if we were with our family and in our own home.

Super location in front of the beach

The property is located in front of the beach and the Marina in the balcony, the Medina is a walking distance from the property. There are nearby restaurants and coffee shops along the Marina, although it's small but it's great to sit and relax there especially in the morning to have your breakfast, coffee or mint tea. It's a great place to stay whenever you are in Monastir.

“} We had a really great stay at Medina Sousse Hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop – the view was amazing and it was a perfect place to relax in the evening. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to a young lady at the reception who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again

The room with the sea view is very beautiful. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The hotel has a beach and faces the Mediterranean Sea. It is very suitable for a vacation. I will recommend it to my friends.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. Our stay was outstanding — from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and all common areas was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of dishes that were both fresh and beautifully presented. Special thanks to the staff and supervisors, who were always professional, friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

Everything is good, the room is big and very clean, breakfast is varied and everything tastes delicious. I’ll come back to marhaba palace very soon for sure for a longer stay.

The reception were very welcoming and explained everything to me. There is tunnel that can lead you to the sea which is also equipped with sunbeds and area where you can take towels.

I had to extend my stay for 3 more days for two reasons : Meeting my soon-to-be wife there for the first time and how amazing the whole infrastructure was as a hotel , the staff was unbelievably friendly especially Hicham who welcomed us with open arms , the food was unbelievably good , the hotel rooms were always clean and janitors were so pleasant and if you tip them they always do something extra in the room apart from regular cleaning , I got the 1411 room which will always be engraved in my memory as the room that my life changed in , and I'm glad it was at this hotel I'd like to add that with all inclusive everything was well done , from the pool with free bar , snack bar and beach with also a free access bar to the entertaining activities they were doing at the pool , I cannot wait to book again next year and enjoy another round of stunning views , amazing atmosphere and beautiful experience as whole

This was my second stay and it was just as great as the first. Excellent location, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was a great addition, and the room was clean and comfy good to see the quality has stayed consistent.

Hôtel Résidence Monia is a good choice for exploring Sousse and its surrounding sites and cities. Close to the beach, close to the Medina, close to many restaurants and cafés. The room was clean and comfortable for a few days.
