We entered the West gate of the property and greeted Christian who was very friendly who gave us our parking pass. The managing staff, Carrie and Melanie, and Winter made sure we had the needed instructions for a seamless checkin. They gave us info places to tour and restaurants in the area. They made us feel right at home. I went there to celebrate my 63rd birthday. Our stay was wonderful, more like in an apartment very clean with nice decor, well stocked kitchen our balcony faced Lake Desoto as we requested. This place is in gated community Hot Springs Village in the Ouachita mountains. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of trees walking trails along Lake Desoto. There are lots of amenities in the area to enjoy. We will definitely be coming back.

We ALWAYS stay at the Arlington when we come to Hot Springs and always will!! My mother in law came with us this time so we had 2 rooms next to each other. It worked out perfectly!! Always so easy to valet park, get checked in super fast and is always so comfortable!! Love, love this classic hotel!! The pools were absolutely amazing this time of year and just put the cherry on top of the trip!!!

The location on Lake Hamilton was wonderful. We were able to readily access Hot Springs but retreat to a peaceful setting. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They enhanced our anniversary trip by providing special touches. The digital consierge service was very appreciated; we followed the recommendations for food and fun and were well pleased.

We loved the closeness to the national park and the Haply Hollow Spring. The location was great for walking to the Bath District. We love that it allows pets! We traveled with 2 well behaved, large dogs (78lbs & 106lbs) and stayed in the XL king suite and it was perfect with the extra room! The bed was comfortable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, There was a lot to do Just on the property alone. Everything was very clean and comfortable, Definitely worth every penny. I already booked My Next stay There Because i enjoyed it so much. (:

Great secluded location, great view of Beaver Lake, peaceful, & amazing cabin. Cabin was spacious, clean, private, & we weren't expecting all the extras.

The atmosphere is fantastic. Voodoo Lounge is great for craft cocktails, The Quarter has some very diverse entertainment and that smash-burger is fire!

It’s was very clean for its age, the service was amazing, it was beautifully maintained! They treated me like royalty!

Loved everything about this property. You felt deep in the woods but were only a couple of blocks from town

Such a cute place! Staff was nice. Rooms were clean. The on site restaurant and bar were wonderful.

We love Basin Park. It's normally our go to. Staff is always helpful.
