Reasonable prices given Food Convention was on. There is a coffee machine, fridge, tv, iron facilities and hairdryer in the room. Bath and shower also provided. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel or in the immediate area, if you were to bring anything in there is a microwave downstairs available to heat up. A coffee urn is also provided there. I used a taxi to get to my friends in a 5 min journey and used the uber app for Reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again

We visited for A Taste of Chicago, took an evening boat ride to watch the fireworks and, of course, went shopping on the Magnificent Mile. We could spend a week there and still not see everything there is to see and do. I loved it.

Rosemont is a nice area, pretty safe and tons of hotels/restaurants. It is a little chaotic getting around though. Most restaurants are a little tough to get to, as they're located in/as a part of the hotels. The Rosemont Outlets are a definite must-go, as is Woodfield Mall, where more restaurants and hotels are located. The convention center there is also a very nice venue.

This is the third time I visit Joliet for work.

This is the third time I visit Joliet for work. People are very friendly. Transportation to Joliet to Chicago and back is fast and easy to use and get around in train . The tiwnnis clean . People are friendly. I visited Joliet 's public library which had a historic room. I learned about the Joliet 's history and when the first railroad was built in . I ate great Chinese food . The restaurant has no dining area. But since it was cold, the owner let me eat I side in the waiting room.I did not see any open bakeries in the downtown Joliet. I hope that maybe in the future Joliet will have cafes and bakeries soon. Overall , it was a great place to go do my CPR training and then go explore this town.

Close to airport and shuttle available for airport transfers and airport parking. Good restaurant in hotel for lunch dinner. breakfast was minimal could add some scrambled eggs and sausages otherwise good had pancakes and toast cereal and fruits muffins.

The hotel and staff were very nice. I would come back again. My family and I went to the Imax theater that was only a very short distance from the Hyatt during our stay. There was a nice selection of restaurants near the hotel. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Can't wait to come back!

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, no noise from the road, and barely hear anything from the aisle. My favorite part was the breakfast. Before booking I didn't check the shuttle service, that was the only think that I had to figure out.

Great customer service when I walked in I was greeted immediately, especially traveling over five hours on the road!!.. your representative at the front desk I believe his name was Jamie. Amazing amazing amazing amazing customer service. This will definitely be my goal to hotel as my family is stationed at the Navy basin in A school. By far, best hotel service customer service I have ever experienced in quite some time.

I like That me and My husband was able to visit Hammond, but...

I like That me and My husband was able to visit Hammond, but I didn't like the hotel at all and will never stay here again. I had to deal with a cat crying by my door for a few hours. Hair all in the tub and shower curtains no microwave no refrigerator. The bed we had felt like we were sleeping on a board. This hotel is not a good hotel. Motel 6 in Lincoln Illinois was way better than this one I would not recommend this hotel. Housekeeper knocking on my door two hours before its time to leave never again. Then people hanging all outside looking at you like they ready to Rob you.

Naperville is a huge town with so much to do.

Naperville is a huge town with so much to do. If you go to downtown Naperville near the riverwalk, there are shops, restaurants, a walking trail, and often free concerts and other events going on. If you're there in the summer, they have Centennial Beach too. I would definitely recommend downtown Naperville and the riverwalk area to anyone visiting Naperville.
