I loved staying at Club Quarters! The property was amazing, great facilities, water, coffee, a great study room! The room was very comfortable, with a nice tv and a microwave. The heater was also very nice, even in the coldest days! I stayed long enough to have an excellent impression! Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable!! Liked it so much that I’ve already scheduled a returning visit!

I really liked the location of the hotel. Supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, Michigan Avenue, which is where many of the most iconic places are located, the Navy Pier, the 360 observatory, among others, were nearby. The room was quite comfortable and had a stunning view to the outside mainly at dusk.

Very walkable and exciting.

Very walkable and exciting. Riverwalk was very nice (many bars / restaurants!) and walking the Lakefront. Had dinners at Greek town (Greek Islands!), the Gage (Michigan Ave) and Li'' Ba-Ba-Reeba (Spanish - on Clark - great street for dining!). A visit to the Obama Presidential Center was also nice

The entire staff-- EVERYONE single person i encountered-- was excellent, friendly, helpful, and kind. The shuttles are so convenient, but the vans really need shock absorber replacement. ( The road to the airport is not in great shape!)

Bad is a small word for that property. It was worst place in my whole travel life. I booked two apartments. Both were uncleaned and in one apartment carpet was wet due to AC leakage. I complained but administration did not resolve the issue. I stayed there for three weeks and they did not clean any apartment even a single time. Toilets in both apartments became chocked every second day. We had to borrow toilet plunger from Receptionist to open it and must to return it soon for others. First time my trust on booking.com has been broken ( I am really sorry to say). We could get one toilet paper roll per day per apartment and Once I requested to change the towels she recommended to dry and reuse them. I would like write her name here but she refused to tell her name by saying that she is not interested to tell her name. With all those things they were expecting good review.

Upon arrival, we were given room keys. The housekeeper was still cleaning the room. The curtain did not close, the television remote did not work. The maintenance tech arrived with a bucket of used remotes. None of them worked. We had to change channels manually on the converter box. Never fixed. The PTAC was stuck on 72 degrees. No doors on what was supposed to be the dresser. It was a cabinet with shelves. No iron, no hair dryer, no fridge ( you must pay ten dollars a day if you want a fridge). The room keys worked one out of about twenty times. It was apparent that the batteries in the key reader needed to be replaced. Never happened .The bathroom door sticks. You have to force close it. Mold in the shower. The only soap in the shower was what was left over from the last guest. (GROSS). Roach going into the bathroom door frame. No kleenex, no iron,( you must leave an ID to use an iron, no hairdryer, The bathroom sink water pressure was a trickle, the toilet handle sticks. You must lift the handle every time you flush. The front desk staff was rarely at the desk. Usually sitting in the office that is not visible to the guest.I was given two packages of shampoo that is impossible to open without scissors. There was no shampoo available in the shower. The bed is an old spring mattress with no box spring. Not comfortable at all. I would really like my money back but I know that it will not happen. This is the WORST Motel 6 that I have ever seen. Does nothing good for the brand.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, no noise from the road, and barely hear anything from the aisle. My favorite part was the breakfast. Before booking I didn't check the shuttle service, that was the only think that I had to figure out.

My grad school friends and I met in Evanston because that was where we’d met, nearly 50 years ago. It’s a lovely, safe town with a beach on the lakefront, a great university campus, lots of good restaurants, and easy access to Chicago, one of my favorite cities. We walked miles each day in town, and drove into Chicago to see a special exhibit at the Chicago Institute of Art.

If you are flying in or out of Midway, Bedford Park provides numerous hotels that can accommodate the traveler. Several nice restaurants within the hotels' location are also available. Otherwise, I have no reason to come to Bedford Park.

Sad to say but poor review.

Sad to say but poor review. No house keeping for the 5 days of my stay. I was not informed of this at checkin nor was it in any of their advertising. I found it out after checking with the desk which told me that were full for request for that day. Sink drain broken for 2 days. Pool like green soup could not see the bottom. Was really looking forward to using it for some exercise. One of the main reasons I chose this Hampton. Definitely not up to my past Hampton experiences

Much better to stay here than in the downtown Chicago area! Safety and cleanliness are of paramount importance to us. Can’t go wrong here!! We had dinner at the Italian restaurant in the Westfield mall. It was perfect for us!!
