We loved everything about this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning! The rooms and entire property was clean. The beds were soft. Service was excellent. The live music was awesome!! The lei making was also very fun. It has a very home zen vibe!

The location is perfect, the view is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious and rich with a complimentary breakfast box.

The location and views were excellent. It's a great spot to sit outside and enjoy a beer in the late afternoon. From Hilltop we were a few minutes walk (downhill) to central Hilo and in under an hour drive to the Mauna Kea observatory, Waipi'o, Kalapan and Volcanoes National Park. The house was very clean and there was option for a daily room service. The resident cat was a wonderful host and one who, I like to think, became a good friend.
