Luxury spa services, fine dining and upscale amenities are among the unique services offered to guests at the hotel. Amazing hotel, in my opinion superior other hotels in this area of Chicago which I happen to have stayed in over the last 10+ years. Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

The hotel is just a 12-minute walk away from the luxury shopping, dining and entertainment of the Magnificent Mile. The Theatre District, including CIBC Theatre, is less than a mile away. Midway International Airport is 12 miles away and Chicago O'Hare International Airport is 17 miles away. Ask for the rooms with the window seat. You can thank me later.

Great place to stay, the location is very good, the metro station is near by and you can walk to the most popular places in Chicago. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and really confortable, the room had a big size and the bed was amazing. 100% recommended.

It was great spot relayed yo location to the United Center.
