Excellent staff and rooms and very comfortable beds. But what I liked most was the problem-solving skills of the staff. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't respond an email I got while on a ten hours flight. Aurelio set my up with a nice room although the hotel was packed. After further investigating I even got the room rate from my cancelled reservation. (150$ cheaper). Why is that important? Because the true quality of service shows when problems arise. And the team of the EBHotel handled id excellently. We'll be back.

Situated close to the airport and Dolphin Mall. Staff were excellent and the hotel was spotless. We were allowed to check in early after coming off a cruise, which was much appreciated. Free shuttle to the mall and airport was a real bonus. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Would definitely return again.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove. We loved the small terrace for breakfast and lunch. The room was big and nice, with a huge balcony. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the coconut grove bayside. The area around it is beautiful, small shops, good restaurants, very green and you can just stroll hours around and simply enjoy the beautiful neighbourhood. The staff was exceptional - very kind and helpful. A true 5 star hotel!!

We had a nice night's stay at Vagabond Hotel. The pool was lovely and pretty big for a motel, they even had a pool bar! The room was also very big and spacious and decorated in a cool retro yet modern style. Fridges are available to rent for 10 dollars per night, we just used an ice bucket instead to cool our wine! The team were friendly and welcoming, overall a nice spot to rest your head!
