We stayed only one night at this hotel near the airport for our return flight home and wished we could have stayed longer because our brief stay was so enjoyable. The first positive note was the upgrade we were kindly offered to a very nice and large business suite, which was perfectly soundproofed. Impeccable cleanliness, attentive, responsive, and prompt service at the front desk. Highly recommended!

By far the best feature of this hotel is the staff. They are warm and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a lovely European coffee maker that wonderful coffee.

I recently stayed at Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and restaurants and so on. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay as I had. TV room, dinner room, bedroom, closet, kitchen, and swimming pool outside... very quite place! I do recommend! Thanks for the attention I had from the crew!! Outstand! Douglas

Just a lovely stay. The room was incredible and the breakfast all though basic was very nice. the receptionist DSE was friendly helpful and just a delight (thank you DSE). I will definitely be coming back I can't say enough about how lovely the place is.

The hotel is perfectly located by the beach and close to commodities at walking distance. Thanks to its size, the hotel is cozy, very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a solo traveler like me or family with children. The room, gym and above all the pool area and garden are wonderful. The cherry on the cake is the direct access to the beach, with lounge chairs available to the hotel guests. I will stay again in this hotel for a relaxing vacay. I would recommend to book a room with the breakfast buffet included. I didn’t, and went out a couple of times to get breakfast. But in the end, I didn’t make any savings and the hotel buffet is fantastic.

What a plesent suprise:) The location, the beauty inside the hotel combined with an exelent service minded staff group,- made this trip amazing! Always clean, new, renewed, the menu is perfect! Special attention to Catalina's service, which is always impeccable, Maria Helena, Rose from the pool bar and all the other members who serve with great care, I'm certainly counting the days until I return soon! My favorite spot was Brickell, definitely. I was impressed with how clean Miami is. I like dining at North Italy restaurant. Wow, good pasta and friendly staff! The price of a virgin mojito and a rum coke at $35,= was way too much at Ball and Chain in Little Havana.

Everything in Miami Beach is expensive, which is OK if you’re getting something for your money. In general, they add gratuities to the bill regardless of the service that’s presented. If I didn’t have to cruise out of Miami, I would never come here.

On 12/26/25, I booked two rooms at 11:25 PM, when I arrived at the Best Western hotel, the clerk said that the reservation was for the next day. I asked him to help me and change it but he said I had to contact Booking.com for any changes. I called Booking.com and the representative I talked to kept hanging up on me. It was late and my children became restless and my elderly mother needed to rest, so I decided to look for another hotel for the night and left.

I like most the location where the hotel is and the fact that you can get a lot of stores pharmacies and attractions so you can walk around the area and feel safe what I did not like was the false advertising of their attraction I could not wait to leave I book another hotel elsewhere because my bad experience in the courtyard hotel.

The beds are small as compared to the hotels we have stayed all over America except in NY of course. There are no cabinets or drawers. No microwave. If you only want to swim and go mall this is the best place.

Thee property was clean and well-appointed but we never could get the hot water to work in the shower and calling the representative did not attempt to solve this problem. The TV's did not have any directions and we could not get them to work, I think they use Alexa and we did not know how to access. We admit we probably did not know how to activate but there were no directions provided. Overall it is clean and well-appointed, we would have give it an excellent review if we had hot water for our shower, checking in problems with the wrong property and no directions on activate the TV.

The room was clean and spaceous, but you had to pay extra for a microwave. The cleanning staff was very inconsiderate! They completely ignore 'Do not disturb' signs and the maid kept changing the temperature of my thermostat so that I froze every time I walked back into the room at night. The first day I checked in, I notified the Front Desk that the lock on my patio door did not work correctly. I could not open the door with my key from the outside. I stayed there for 5 days and the lock was never fixed.

Beautiful beach and areas surrounding. There are plenty of shops and amenities close by and easy access to many more. There is always plenty of space on the beach area and beach access paths at regular intervals.

Florida have some of the best highways I’ve experienced anywhere for a long time. Unfortunately, the maniacs who drive those roads forget common courtesy for those who isn’t as familiar as they are.. 80 mph in the right lane, please give me a break and I’m used to drive in on the Audubond.

Miami has become a cesspool for multiple kinds of mindsets and different forms of corruption, despite it's beautiful beaches and culture, Miami has slowly become a city built by influencers & corrupt officials. I've lived here for about 22 years(currently living in Colorado), and every year slowly shows the decay of a failed city. If you are taking the time to come to Miami.. don't. Orlando has better attractions, even ft Lauderdale, but do yourselves the service of enjoying your experience, not paying for a glorified illusion that is Miami.
