Me n my family love the hotel it was very clean the water park was awesome my granddaughter loved it. We r planning on going back very soon . The staff was awesome no complaints from us at all. We had a little issue with the toilet it had a leak on the floor I called the front desk within minutes the maintenance guy came a fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was a great place to stay. People were very friendly, the kids loved the pool! Did not have a lot of time to partake of the other amenities, pickle ball and tennis. I have stayed there before, and the room was fine. We had requested adjoining rooms, which were not available, but we did manage to be on the same floor. I personally found the beds to be a little hard.

Amazing hotel. Extremely close to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures. Express unlimited passes were included which made a huge difference in being able to get on all of the rides and attractions. We stayed in a club level room and the complimentary food (snacks during the day, evening and a breakfast) exceeded expectations. Would 100% stay again and recommend.

1950s themed and everything is so easy. For example, the Bayliner Diner has a variety of grab n go items with a massive seating hall. Buses run to and from the parks right outside. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The price point reflects the hotel's amenities and I just love it.
