We arrived to check in at 11:00 PM after a long day and the receptionist welcomed us well ! we also discovered that we had been upgraded to a very spacious and comfortable queen room. The food was of a very high standard. We also liked the cleanliness of the place and there are also free shuttles to Disneyland which we really liked. Overall, it was a very good experience and we will be back.

The location of this hotel is amazing for the Universal theme parks. Only a 5 minute walk, or a 5 min complementary water taxi or shuttle bus. All were very good modes of getting to and from the parks. Also when you walk or get the water taxi, you have a much smaller security station to get through, to get into the theme parks, which is a lot nicer and quicker than the main one at the car park/transport hub. The hotel is also lovely. I was with my 10 year old son, so the very nice fancy restaurants were not to his taste, but the takeaway on the lower floor did excellent food that we could take away and eat in our rooms. Lovely starbucks coffee, refreshments and the pizza was really good. We only stayed 1 night, but would like to stay longer next time. And the express passes for the parks are a massive benefit.

We had a lovely 2 bedroom suite with a huge living area and full kitchen. It was like a home away from home. Big bathrooms for each bedroom. Big comfy beds in both rooms. 2 pools which were always quiet in the mornings. Lovely clean complex and all areas well maintained. Always lots of staff about. No problem with room cleaning or fresh towels, just ask at reception. It is right at the end of I Drive and can walk to Vineland Outlets. Some restaurants nearby. 20 minute drive to Universal. We had a car so was handy enough but the itrolley is right outside too. Highly recommend if looking for bigger rooms.

The staff that we interacted with were all super helpful and friendly. We stayed during hurricane Milton and they were all very well prepared and organized so we felt that they had everything under control. This is our second stay at Grove and even though Milton put a damper on part of our vacation we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend it for families because of their comfortable rooms, facilities and proximity to the theme parks.

Great apartments, in a wonderful complex of pools, restaurants, and things to to. Had to extend our stay because of hurricane Debby, and the staff went out of their way to help us. Had an issue with a noisy AC, and they sent someone straight away to have a look at it.

Orlando completely exceeded my expectations and I had an amazing stay. As a solo traveller, I found it incredibly easy to get around and everyone I met was friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The theme parks are obviously the main attraction, and Magic Kingdom was genuinely magical, with fantastic rides, world-class customer service and brilliant evening entertainment. One of the biggest surprises was the food scene. I had some incredible meals during my stay, from authentic American BBQ and excellent Asian street food to great tapas and Thai food. There was so much variety and the standard was consistently high. I also found accommodation to be excellent value for money, and getting around by shuttle or car was generally very straightforward. The only slight downsides were the Florida heat and humidity, which can be quite intense during the middle of the day, and some hotel shuttle services finishing before the parks closed, meaning you need to plan ahead if you want to stay for the fireworks or evening events. Overall, Orlando has so much more to offer than just the theme parks. I left with fantastic memories, ate some of the best food I've had in a long time and would happily return in the future. I'd recommend it to anyone, whether you're travelling with family, friends or even on your own.

It's always fun to travel and Kissimmee is a great spot. There is so much to do and many adventures you may take. The Polynesian Fire and Luau Show was great. Osaka Bay Buffet was amazing. There were many varieties of food and resonably priced. The Food Truck and Flea Market area were also great, as long as you can go when it's not raining. Rain in the area can always bring down fun times, especially if you're spending it outside, like Fun Spot, that we were unable to do because of stormy weather. Regardless of the weather, given the chance to come again, I definitely would.

We drove along the Riverwalk and Historic Sanford.

We drove along the Riverwalk and Historic Sanford. Did not get out of the car because spouse is in wheelchair but looks like a fun and scenic walk. If we'd had more time, we would have checked out the vintage shops on the main street and gotten a meal at one of the cute restaurants on the river.

Jim the front desk person was very nice and helpful. He set a good tone for the duration of our stay. Very welcoming!! They serve Seattles Best Coffee at breakfast. It’s rare for hotels to serve decent coffee so this was a nice treat. The bedroom was nice with all the extras: shampoo/ conditioner etc. Good value for the price we paid!

Nicole at the front desk was very friendly. the manager however on the other hand basically stole from us because we had to have an ambulance take my boyfriend from the hotel. I think it's crazy that because there was a medical emergency that means that we forfeited our deposit that's robbery is what it really is

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was everything we hoped for—comfortable, easy to get to, and had a real "home away from home" feel. The quiet neighborhood was a plus, and the backyard pool was a big hit with the kids. While the location wasn’t super close to parks and activities, the quality of the home and the host's quick, helpful communication more than made up for it. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

If you are taking a trip to the Universal parks I would definitely recommend staying at either of the endless summer resorts, you get secure parking for your stay and multiple shuttles that run from the hotels to the parks before they open and about an hour after city walk closes.

We were happy with everything during our over night stay.

We were happy with everything during our over night stay. Our room was perfect for husband's disability, the folks at the desk were courteous and helpful and the breakfast was five star. Can't think of anything that could have been better- I will definitely stay here again.

The location of lake Mary was beautiful…but like I said the lady at the front desk..she wore glasses..but she was very rude…and her job is to be helpful and hospitaled …she was none of the very disgusting!!!!!!!
