This is a very large resort-style hotel with beautiful grounds and an amazing pool area. It has the charm of the classic grand hotels, with spacious common areas and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was incredibly large, comfortable, and well maintained. We experienced no issues with either the room or the hotel facilities during our stay.
Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a small issue when we first arrived, but it was handled professionally and efficiently, so I have no complaints. Some employees went above and beyond to help us, while others were less engaged, but that is something you can encounter anywhere.
One thing I should mention is that I initially thought the hotel was located right next to Universal Orlando. It is not within walking distance in the way I had imagined, but it is very close to CityWalk, and the complimentary water taxis make transportation to the parks extremely easy and enjoyable.
The biggest advantage of staying here is definitely the Universal perks. Early park admission and unlimited Express Pass access added tremendous value to our visit and saved us a significant amount of time.
The only real downside for me was the price. It is certainly an expensive hotel, and that would be my main consideration before booking again. Aside from that, I had an excellent stay and encountered no problems. Would I stay here again? Absolutely—but the cost would be the factor that makes me think twice.

It was a great place to stay. People were very friendly, the kids loved the pool! Did not have a lot of time to partake of the other amenities, pickle ball and tennis. I have stayed there before, and the room was fine. We had requested adjoining rooms, which were not available, but we did manage to be on the same floor. I personally found the beds to be a little hard.

We enjoyed all of it, great location easy to get to all of the Disney parks. The room was amazing, spacious and comfortable. The pool was fun. The elevators were located well and were readily available.

It is a very fun place and very crowded, but that is a necessary evil when going to Disney or Universal! Traffic is ALWAYS heavy so be prepared for a wait and enjoy the scenery. We look at the different shopping centers and what is in them and plan pretend vacation stay at that strip mall. We do it on every corner. It is actually fun can make for a very interesting "pretend" strip mall vacation! We have hotels we like and have tried many, The Red Lion seems to be our go to for affordable and comfortable stays with a lazy river and other amenities it works better for us than on property hotels mostly. I would also suggest checking out Old Town, it seems like a little spot but there is soo much there, an old A&W that serves in frosted heavy glass mugs, Flippers, a really good hole in the wall wood fire pizza spot that is really good. All kinds of little places a gormet popcorn shop, All kinds of fun things to look at and it is a bit of history too.

They serve Seattles Best Coffee at breakfast. It’s rare for hotels to serve decent coffee so this was a nice treat.

We drove along the Riverwalk and Historic Sanford.
We drove along the Riverwalk and Historic Sanford. Did not get out of the car because spouse is in wheelchair but looks like a fun and scenic walk. If we'd had more time, we would have checked out the vintage shops on the main street and gotten a meal at one of the cute restaurants on the river.

Nicole at the front desk was very friendly. the manager however on the other hand basically stole from us because we had to have an ambulance take my boyfriend from the hotel. I think it's crazy that because there was a medical emergency that means that we forfeited our deposit that's robbery is what it really is

We had a wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The house was everything we hoped for—comfortable, easy to get to, and had a real "home away from home" feel. The quiet neighborhood was a plus, and the backyard pool was a big hit with the kids. While the location wasn’t super close to parks and activities, the quality of the home and the host's quick, helpful communication more than made up for it. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

the property is tired it needs updating worn furniture . outside pool area has a safety net for young children we removed it then found that were the poles fit in to the floor the plastic inserts had been replaced with pipes that were above ground level dangerous. sun beds two of them were broken and rusting rust under the legs that must have took mouths to accumulate we got there on Tuesday pool was dirty Thursday morning cleaner came. our last night the upstairs AC packed up it was like an oven upstairs we all had sleep down stairs. cleaning poor dirt under furniture
games room had one machine were the steering wheel had been broken off and not repaired. location is excellent compared to other villas on Windsor hills it is poor and not worth the $5500 we paid would not go there again

Online, it stated that they had activities scheduled for the kids.. I took the kids to the activities room, and they had nothing for them to do. There was supposed to be balloon games at noon, but they ran out of balloons a couple weeks ago they said. The three employees there were too busy playing on their cell phones.

We were happy with everything during our over night stay. Our room was perfect for husband's disability, the folks at the desk were courteous and helpful and the breakfast was five star. Can't think of anything that could have been better- I will definitely stay here again.
