There was no breakfast available. You might include a packet in such days with a roll, a piece of fruit and such. I loved having the outdoor pool. It all worked. The best part was your helpful and friendly staff. We thought each one we met was exceptional! It gives ambience.

The place is simply wonderful - location, interior, attetion to every single detail. The breakfast was delicious. We had a great conversation with the owners and got tons of useful tips and recommendations. I would highly recommend this cozy wonderful place!

The property was extremely clean, plenty of close parking, easy directions to anything you needed during our stay, late check available over the phone. The shared community kitchen was different was very nice fully stocked and clean, the vending machines for snacks were great and low priced as well nice bonus to wash clothes as needed and free access to laundry detergent(thank you). The room was spacious easy access to the kitchen area, beds decently comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator a plus and very clean !! The owner Aaron was extremely friendly and accommodating. I will stay again and recommend to others to stay as well.

Super comfy cozy and clean! Summer stay, but would be perfect if you ski Sunday River in the winter! Close to nice restaurants and close to in town Bethel! There’s no “facilities” per say it’s more just a stay and find stuff to do outside the property!

This is more of a shared Airbnb other than a hotel. The farmhouse is made with love, and the host Jack is a very quiet person, he showed us around and then let us enjoy ourselves in the house, just checking in daily to see if we need something or have questions, that's exactly what we want. The house has a kitchen, with a microwave, knives, tableware and all the things you need for prepared dishes. There is also a self-serve k-cup coffee machine and a water kettle in the doorway. K-cup and water are provided. The dining table is huge and near the stove, we enjoyed some warm and comfortable breakfasts and dinners, my friend also spent much time reading a book there, until later moved to the sofa near the stove, it was also great. There's a gift shop near our room with huge mats, I did after-skiing yoga there, and love the decoration, made it a fancy yoga background. Our room has a refrigerator and an electric heater inside, to keep our own food and adjust the room temperature as we need. Although the picture only showed one bed in our room, we actually got one additional folding sofa bed, so made it two beds in the room. The shared bathroom needs a little patience since this is the only bathroom in the house. The other guests were polite and we did not have any problem sharing. The shower was hot, so comfortable after a day of skiing! Overall the stay let us feels at home. And with the price and location, we will definitely come back again when we ski at Sunday River.
