I was very happy for our stay in this hotel. The service was wonderful. Everybody was very helpful and smiling. Hotel and bathroom very clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty.

Nice little place to use as a base in a quieter area but full of coffee shops. For us, better than staying in the old quarter. We liked walking. Staff super easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and easy self check in

Located 12 km from Vietnam Museum of Ethnology and 12 km from West Lake, Lee Homestay features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, terrace and seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. Lee and his wife were amazing. They helped with everything we needed. We ended up staying there three times, as Lee would let us leave our belongings at his place while we did the Ha Giang loop and went to Cat Ba. They gave us great recommendations for whatever we needed and we're always willing to help. We had such a nice time at the homestay and by the time we left they felt like family!

They helped arrange taxi pick up from airport, restaurant reservations, et al. It's everything you would expect from a property.
