We stayed at the Savai'i Lagoon Resort, but had been doing...
We stayed at the Savai'i Lagoon Resort, but had been doing lots of activities on Upolu so although wanted to visit the Lava Fields, & maybe the blowholes decided not to bother rushing anywhere here. Next time will just book a tour driver for a half day during low tide, & maybe outer snorkelling as turtles in wild more common here. We didn't feel we missed out as our accommodation location was so lovely.
We didn't support the captive turtle place.

This is the perfect place to stay.
This is the perfect place to stay. A very clean and tidy fully self-contained studio with a huge, comfortable bed, a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils needed. It's a great location, close to many major attractions and resorts and is very unique being right on the lava field!
The host is very responsive, and all the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Although I wasn't able to make use of the free laundry during my short stay, this is a great offer for a traveler.
Highly recommended.
