Excellent and knowledgeable staff, very comfortable bedding, great breakfast, clean room. Lots of shade and greenery on the premises. We were on the fourth floor and our room had an awesome, private and very large balcony. If you travel with the kids, during the large part of the daytime, it's great that kids pool shallow area is in the shade (lots of hotels forget this)!

The setback location from the beach was a nice welcome adavantage, reducing light pollution from lit up beachfronts at night, reducing noise from music and talkers, and providing a nice short walk tot he beachfront. The food was tasty and decent drinks for the all inclusive package. Cleanliness was phenomenal, I think I saw floor being mopped 3-4 tims per day, tables were bussed promptly, and everyone was very polite

An truly unforgettable experience! A friend recommended this place, with highest of praise, and it delivered 15/10. I chatted with the owner and he was a very chill person, to which I also mentioned that it was my birthday. He did a very nice surprise out of his generosity. Wet clean, well kept and beautiful resort just south of Durres. It’s in a quiet area away from the touristy areas. The private beach is clean and not crowded. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the Durres beaches area and a 15 minute drive to the port area bridge pier. The food is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the pools are kept spotless.

Park Ashik is an amazing place to stay especially if you value your privacy and quiet time. My spouse and I stay here every time we visit her family in Albania. The food is great quality and traditional Albanian, the hotel also is awesome and the swimming pool is super nice for the hot summer days. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

excellent location and above all excellent host, the person supported us a lot and allowed us to gather together and have a good time. he also did a very good intro of the villa and made sure everything was in place. the host was always available and one phone call away to answer or support you, very polite and very kind, I strongly recommend it

We were a couple that stayed two nights in separate dates and they let us staying at the hotel facilities even after check out because we had to work before exploring another city. They also let us make a check out for free. Amazing people that were there to help us and above everything, being kind.

Everything was perfect, the staff was amazing, caring, polite and very helpful at anytime. The resort was amazing, all the required facilities, especially for children. Very peaceful, fresh air, amazing food and lovely animals. Will go back again very soon.
