Wow! I read some negative views and shortened my stay based upon they. I regret that. This was such a beautiful place. Waking up in the morning to the sounds of tropical birds was so relaxing. The staff were over the top with their hospitality. I cannot recommend this place more. Do not read the negative reviews. They are simply inaccurate. One was about walking around at night which we enjoyed as it is so beautiful however the staff is always circling in a cart to drive guests around if they do not want to walk.

Accommodation and property are gorgeous, villas are huge and gardens are immaculate and filled with birds and butterflies. The day spa is also excellent with a good selection of treatments and tranquil rooms. The massage beds are the most comfortable I've ever had a treatment on!

What is there not to like at the Sheraton Grand Mirage! This is a 5-star facility with an endless supply of fun and comfort. We left the first hotel we had reserved on Booking.com because it was a disaster and filthy. We decided to sperge on the Grand Mirage, and we were so happy that we did. This is a true resort-style accommodation. There were so many pools we did not even see all of them. The rooms were fully stocked and fit our family of 4 perfectly. The restaurants were all first class, and the staff was all amazing. My son and I golfed, and we all swam all day. It was the most relaxing part of our 2-week trip to Australia. We were so happy that the first hotel was so bad, making us move to the Sheraton.

Beautiful location and amazing grounds with well kept tropical gardens, the restaurant was nice and affordable. The apartment was spacious, very clean. The bed was super comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff very accommodating and the pool was great for early morning/afternoon swims! We even used the kitchen and dining area outside which was a big bonus. The location was very good, close to shops by car/bike. would definitely stay there agin.

Spacious apartment , very well equipped..so good we chose to spend our evenings, catering ourselves and relaxing in our comfortable lounge area .We used the barbeque on our balcony, overlooking the enormous swimming pool.

Every meal we had at the hotel was wonderful and the service was fabulous. I really appreciated the front desk addressing any issues or assisting with tour bookings. I can’t say too much, the resort made for the perfect vacation.
