The room was wide, and neatly cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. A large bathroom. All around the hotel there's a pleasant smell. A very good restaurant that's open 24 hours. The hotel staff was very welcoming, and helped us find our way around the city. The receptionists, the concierge, the staff at the restaurants, the cleaning service, were all professional and kind. Our stay exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel is spotless, rooms are very spacious and modern looking. Everything feels high end, there's even a small motion triggered night light to track your way to the bathroom. We needed an ironing board, it arrived to the room within 3 minutes after asking for it. The breakfast is menu-order style, all of them looked and tasted great. The price of the room was also very reasonable with Genius discount for this quality.

The apartment was easy to find, very detailed instructions from the host. It was excellent for our 1 night stopover in Sofia, 4 min away from the metro station to take us to and from the airport. Slavi left us a detailed folder of where to eat, what to eat, WiFi pw, it showed she has been a traveller herself. The towels were ample and also the toiletries smell divine. Alot of thought has been put into the furnishings and the little knick knacks here and there made it feel very cosy. The apartment is also located near Cosmos restaurant, it was our first dinner in Sofia and the experience was very special. 3 min walk from the apartment and it was very safe. We also made it in time for the free Sofia walking tour, we literally arrived from the airport, dropped our bags and again 3 mins away we joined the tour. It was all because the location was so good. The bed and pillows were super comfy and also the sofa bed. A 10/10.

Room was spacious with a nice city view. The bathroom was great and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly. Car park was a major plus. The hotel also seems to significantly care for sustainability. And most importantly, our dogs enjoyed their stay :)
