Highly recommending the Ocean Breeze, speifically the "Mahi Room". It truly was spotless, providing us a large living /sleeping area with a valted ceiling with the best balcony overlooking the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep and waking to the sounds of the waves every day. This amazing covered balcony on the 2nd floor over looked the beach had table/chairs and couch and provided heaps of shade. Carla at recption was so helpful getting us sorted out with a last minute flight issue. The hotel was steps away from numeous restaurants, cafes, street food, shops and many opitons for daily tours. The A/C was appreciated at night and during the day the cross breeze in our room with the french doors to the balcony open provided us comfort during the day. It was the best option in Placencia and will highly recommend to many of my friends.

The breakfast was made to order every morning and very tasty. We had two early morning excursions and they brought breakfast to our room early before we left.

Excellent beach location with a fantastic dock to lounge, swim from , and fish off. Away from the hustle / bustle of town but a quick and easy drive. Several restaurant options nearby (1981 on adjacent property was spectacular !) The two bedroom, kitchen , and washer/ dryer was perfect for our family of 4! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great stay and would go back again!

Nelsey and Jordy in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were simply wonderful as was the food, views and overall stay.

This is not a resort with amenities, room service, concierge, etc., but we enjoyed our stay here more than at a pricey resort. The only drawback for us were the pillows being uncomfortably overstuffed, which can be personal preference. Ron was fantastic and assisted with whatever we needed but left us alone to enjoy our time at the lovely pool, the beach, and local restaurants. Malalo's down the beach had us returning every day for drinks and shrimp quesadillas. Thank you, Jolene! This is the place for relaxation and serenity far enough from the town of Placencia for peace yet close enough to golf cart explore.
