Our stay at Villa Principe Leopoldo was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from the staff, who welcomed us brilliantly and made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself is outstanding in every respect : elegant, perfectly maintained, and offering a serene atmosphere that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The combination of an outstanding team, perfect service, and an exceptional hotel environment makes it a place we would wholeheartedly recommend and eagerly return to in May .

All our needs were met! The staff is incredible, they really do go above and beyond for you. The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

Great apartment not far from center

The apartment is well maintained, and really good Spacious, easy to collect the keys (from a lock box) Host is super friendly and helpful, was super responsive to messages on Booking app Overall, a good stay and would return if we visit Lugano in future

Location, quality, view, quietness, peaceful ammenities

Great place for family with kids. Facilities are very good, well prepared for kids, lots of space and the apartments are very spacious. EV charging stations available, a bit pricey but very convenient.

The property was exceptional. It was fully equipped, with clean bed linen, comfortable pillows, a well-stocked kitchen, a sparkling water maker, and a Nespresso machine with capsules at our disposal and toys to the kids ho had loved.

The serenity and warmth of the place.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights with our family with 2 kids. -friendly and very helpful staff -the room was clean and had all we needed - we could sleep well, enough space, good fscilities and a balcony with a garden + pool view - 2 outside pools incl. a heated one - we didn't use it much due to the weather/ May, however, in the summer it must be nice - pleasant breakfast (a bit smaller choice, however, tasty -we had a dinner once - it was very good -a bus stop right next to the hotel (you get a free card for transport) - good option besides a car

Classic, beautiful facility and grounds. Fragrance of flowers all around. Lovely, helpful staff. Cute village with historic buildings, homes, churches, and schools. Nearby hiking and walking trails for all levels. Fabulous views from atop San Salvatore ... and many other places. Wonderful breakfast. Nice restaurants at the hotel and nearby. Public transport easy from hotel. A great spot to explore lakes Lugano (underrated!), Como and Maggiore, plus the awesome Valle di Verzasca.

Very new , prime location at lake lugano. Best view in the lake. Staff very friendly made our trip memorable.

Breakfast and service were great.
