Resorts in Zhangjiajie

The perfect place to stay while visiting Zhangjiajie national park. The resort is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by rice fields. It's a mix of village life with modern comfort. However, the thing that really makes this place so exceptional is the level of service. Rain, our contact person in the resort, was so great. He contacted us in advance to make sure that we will have everything we need. While in the resort he created for us a WeChat support group in which all the relevant personnel could attend to every need that we may have. Rain helped us to plan our visit in the park and assist us with the tickets purchase. The Park can be confusing even for experienced tourists, but Rain assistance made the visit so much easier. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit it again.

The director of the hotel was awesome. We never have met someone as kind and caring as her. She was very reactive on wechat and helpful to plan our activities, to make the transfers to the airport, to answer our questions whatever the problem and whatever the time. Her hotel was amazing too.

My stay was excellent. The room exceeded my expectations, in features and size. It was quiet and elegant. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. The staff tried hard and was very helpful, even though I did not speak Chinese. I used the laundry and the massage service, and both were excellent. I would choose to stay here again. The overall hotel was nicer than the listing presented.
