Beautiful landscape, the resort is on a mountain, such pretty views and great weather even in August. Built beautifully and we enjoyed every thing in it. The bar, the restaurant, the spa, the gym, the pools, everything is amazing!

Incredible and impeccable service throughout our stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was memorable, including a custom request of an ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday ( the cake was heavenly)!!!! The pool area was amazing, with plenty of sun beds, helpful & friendly staff and an incredible food & drink service. On Saturday & Sunday, a live DJ was spinning tunes poolside really adding to the tropical atmosphere.

I liked the convenience of the location, the proximity to the pool, and the breakfast was great. I loved that the resort has restaurants to choose from and it’s adjacent to a mini market.

This is a nice all-inclusive family hotel with an abundance of food available all day. However, as an Israeli, I found the selection to be limited since many dishes included pork. The hotel has a really great water park, but it's important to note that there is a 120 cm height restriction for the larger slides. There are two pools with continuous activities and music, and every evening there was a unique family and kids' activity. The hotel's Asian staff are very kind and always helpful and smiling. The hotel provides access to a small beach with beautiful sunset views and a bar that is included in the package. A fantastic and original idea is the small play area where you can leave your children for two hours twice a day and receive a pager that vibrates if they want to come back.

The staff was amazing. The fact that they have extra entertainment every day was a big surprise. You can't get bored there. The prices are affordable. One of the best locations I have been to lately. Totally recommend it for families with kids.
