    This is my 4th visit to cancun, the best resort in sokhna, my only comment was about the beach kids area needs to be away from the sun, but there is one inside the hotel to be fair enough.

    The property was very clean and well organised. Staff were very polite especially Muna & Armani they went above and beyond to deliver an excellent customer services. During my visit I happened to fall unwell but next level service was give to me by providing me with a doctor to my room. This service I found exceptional and relieve my family to continue to enjoy themselves. I would definitely cost this beach resort again if I come to Ain souknah.

    This is my second stay at Cancun, they introduced some new cool stuff, like infinity pool, all inclusive option, and some renovations; at the same time they kept everything we loved about the resort. Literally ALL staff are very kind and helpful, starting from reception, house keeping, resuming, bars, animation and management people. The place is clean, have a good heated pool, good selection of food menus and variety of items in the open buffet. Animation team is fabulous and will work hard to keep you entertained all the time.
