We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. There was a great variety of fresh, delicious dishes, and everything was well-prepared making every meal a delight. A special thanks to Mr. Ehab, the Chief Manager for ensuring everything ran smoothly. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, and his team delivered a dining experience that exceeded all expectations.
