I had an absolutely amazing and wonderful time. It was my 6th stay and the 4th year that i spent there for my birthday. It was the most beautiful surprise that they planted me a tree, something they do for guests on their 6th visit. Everything was absolutely perfect. They were so kind to get me a most beautiful sea view room. They sent me a free bottle of wine and a free fruit basket. The sea and the beach are heavenly, the water is so so beautiful. The place is like heaven, it feels like home. This beautiful hotel is a peaceful haven for me. The food was phenomenal, extremely delicious, and they offer a variety of cuisine to meet all tastes. I enjoyed the food so much, so clean and tasty. The animation was really good, the absolute best animation team they ever had, the fire show was the best I've ever seen. All the animation team members were so friendly and so fun. Shout-out to the lady who's the animation team's manager, she's so talented and so much fun. The evening entertainment, all the cuban singers, the two wonderful ladies and one gentleman, was absolutely phenomenal. The live performances were very very good, the best I've ever seen anywhere. They all have such wonderful and beautiful voices. I really enjoyed every night's program with them and the animation team. I already booked my stays next year. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, and thank you TCF for being this perfect. Please stay this way forever. Can't wait for my next visit next year ❤️ I will return twice next year.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our summer holiday. The resort was spotless, and the facilities had everything we could possibly need. A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The house reef is amazing for snorkeling with excellent visibility and abundance of fish. The staff are amazing but specifically the manager Mr. Mohamed, Fathi from the front office, Adel and Mohamed from housekeeping, and Abo Elgod and Fahd at the beach were exceptional.

I stayed for 4 nights in Marsa Alam and was so impressed with the resort that I extended my stay for another 4 nights. The facilities, location, and overall relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. The food was very good, with plenty of variety during my stay. The restaurant management and staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist — a big credit to the hotel’s service quality. Property is well designed to accommodate all leisure activities in one place, Mohammed Tarek has managed to entertain us all possible ways, we liked a lot A La Carte restaurants, they have amazing chefs , particularly the Asian restaurant, and deserts in Italian one. Friday night beach party was absolutely stunning… our kids have really enjoyed it.
