Beautiful view, clean, very helpful staff

The staff of the hotel from the cleaning lady to the reception very all nice, friendly, helpfull and easy to talk too if we have any questions. We fixed everything through them. The room was very nice and big. I requested a chair for my mom in the bathroom, they provided us with one. Every day we receive cleaning towels. If I can give them a 10 stars I would.

It was an amazing short but satisfying holiday for me n my wife, all the staff was smile and helpful, especially Maria, Isabelle and Philip.. thanks again for everything…

The design of the room and the location

The location was perfect and the services and staff were great.

An absolutely exceptional stay! This is, without a doubt, the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations. The architecture is absolutely stunning, and every detail of the hotel has been carefully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The two large swimming pools were amazing, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was simply perfect. The music playing in every area was fantastic and created a wonderful vibe from morning until night. One of the highlights for us was the incredible open-air gym. It is beautifully designed and equipped with premium, high-end retro fitness equipment, making it one of the most unique and impressive hotel gyms we have ever seen. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious, high-quality food. Every meal we had was exceptional, and the drinks were equally excellent. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of service was truly first-class. We honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and we would return without hesitation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. I want to thank Fatma our guest relation manager for helping us with everything we needed. We came early and while waiting for our room we could use all the facilities including a rich breakfast. The food was good and had everything you needed. The beach was calm and had a great cool breeze. It' has some small rocks so take a sea shoe with you. After a few meters of rocks it's all sand.. but that was our favorite spot. The Beach bard had some drinks and it was chill. There is an adult pool which is a plus if you want to stay away from children and the crowd.

Amazing reception and a completely blissful experience all together

Its a very large resort with many pools and lush gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient and although it was very busy we felt well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pirate ship with the slides and also the water park which had some nice slides especially the mushroom one which our kids did not stop taken. Breakfast was plenty of options with all you can think of. Lunch had a nice buffet around the pool and the dinner at the Greek restaurant was very tasty. The animation team did a fantastic job with activities throughout the day and at night there was some Greek group dancing and singing at the Amphitheatre which gave a really nice touch to our holiday. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

The Gaia Garden was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the place was spotlessly clean.  Our room was superb - I think that they may have been recently refurbed because they were beautiful. The first floor outside terrace for meals was lovely, and the restaurant staff were so attentive, constantly clearing plates or finding things for you.  The food was great.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. A special thank you to the entire reception team, as well as Dina and Fabien, who helped make our holiday so wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered—from the evening shows and drinks at the bars to the beach bar, waffle and crêpe station, sports facilities, and swimming pools. Our room was always spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The location is fantastic, a 5-minute walk to the beach and the sea, near the best beach bar Mylos. The hotel is great, the room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. You made our anniversary so special and unforgettable from the moment we walked in at the reception, to the warm greeting in the restaurant, and finally to our room where our towels were folded differently daily (swans, hearts...). After a very disappointing experience at another hotel in Kos, which we had to leave after just one night, we found Lago Hotel—and it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and even upgraded us to a penthouse suite. The room was absolutely perfect: spacious, spotless, beautifully designed with a luxurious style, and every detail was carefully thought out. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, the service was outstanding, and everyone on the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They truly turned our vacation around. If it were possible to give a score higher than 10, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Lago Hotel to anyone visiting Kos. We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help me in every way. They even arranged a driver to take me to the airport, which made my trip so much easier. They also compensated me with something extremely valuable, and I truly appreciated their generosity and kindness. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their hospitality was exceptional, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. I also loved that they showed the match, which made my stay even more enjoyable. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I will definitely come back again and again. Highly recommended!

Our family has been coming to Hotel Platanista for over 30 years. My sister and I grew up spending our summers here with the wonderful Platanista family. From the moment you arrive, you are treated as extended family. The staff are incredible … devoted and dedicated to giving guests the best possible experience with attention and care. The Animation team continues to foster a familial-like experience offering activities for all ages — from morning aqua-gym to nightly dance parties for the children. The rooms have been newly renovated with tasteful designs, warm tones, and the softest mattresses. The food is also superb; fresh, local, and simple ingredients make for delicious Greek dishes made with intention and practice. There is something truly special at Hotel Platanista, and I feel very grateful to return every year. P.S. be sure to try their pistachio ice cream!

White Pearls is a beautiful property with spacious rooms, a peaceful pool and beach, and an exceptional restaurant. Our 9-person girls trip could not have been happier with our experience! Gianna, Maria, and the whole team went out of their way to make our time relaxing. We'll treasure our memories of this special place.
