We loved the great care and attention from the staff to everything we asked. Alex in particular was a wonderful Host at the Thyme restaurant. We found the dining experience quite amazing, a mix of classic dishes with some daring and surprising twists. Breakfast buffet was an absolute delight with a wide variety of fine dishes and fresh fruits/vegetables/dairy products. Wonderful firepit private dinner in front of the sea. The Hotel facilities are gorgeous: Swimming pool, Bar and its amazing view over the sea, Spa..everything is simply...beautiful. Less than 10 minutes drive to Kos Town.

After a very disappointing experience at another hotel in Kos, which we had to leave after just one night, we found Lago Hotel—and it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and even upgraded us to a penthouse suite. The room was absolutely perfect: spacious, spotless, beautifully designed with a luxurious style, and every detail was carefully thought out. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, the service was outstanding, and everyone on the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They truly turned our vacation around. If it were possible to give a score higher than 10, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Lago Hotel to anyone visiting Kos. We will definitely be back!
