A lovely resort, set in a beautiful location. We were not expecting the level of service, the ambience, the food and just the amazing hospitality of this place. Throughout most of my stay, the customer service was impeccable. The staff members were attentive, accommodating, and always treated me with the utmost respect, ensuring that I felt valued as a guest. However, I must mention that during the last two days of my stay, there was a noticeable decline in the level of service provided. Regrettably, the staff's attentiveness and respect were not up to the standard set in the earlier days of my visit. The rooms at this hotel are aesthetically pleasing and have a nice ambiance.
