I stayed at Tranquil River View Inn for 2 days and the experience lived up to the name, truly tranquil. The setting is peaceful, and the property itself is well-maintained with new, clean facilities throughout. Hari who was managing the place and handling the reception deserves a special mention as he was friendly and helpful, making the whole stay smooth and welcoming. The food was delicious, thanks to their in-house chef. Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

Loved everything. The location the views the food the staff and the spa. Vishnu indraja and team at the restaurant, chef Prateesh and team in the kitchen, aswathy and team at the front desk and abhi and the other therapist at the spa and Madhu and team at the security were all fantastic and made our holiday truly memorable and special. Everything is reasonably priced and good value for money. The serene scenic backwaters bordering the property adds a surreal effect to this property. Will definitely go back here every year and recommend to anyone looking for a leisure vacation and I am told they also host small weddings and other ceremonies.

Staying at Kyna Backwaters was like spending time with family. We were made to feel so welcome from the second we arrived. The ladies in the kitchen - Kochumol and Deepa - were warm and incredibly friendly, and absolutely amazing cooks! We explored the backwaters by kayak and foot - wandering around the village was one of the highlights of our stay. The facilities are stunning but really it was the absolute warmth of the staff that made our time so exceptional at Kyna.

We booked Shantitheeram as the images looked impressive. and when we visited the place we were glad that the place in real looked even more beautiful. We were expecting it to be only an ayurveda centre but Shantitheeram turned out to be a lot more fun than that. Everything was commendable - be it the doctor, the therapists, the staff, food or the amenities. The serene location is an icing on the cake.

The property is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures are not overselling, at all. The rooms were very comfortable with all the possible amenities. The service was impeccable. The staffs were extremely polite, and very accomodating. A memorable experience!
