Wonderful hotel. You are staying in a dreamland. The stay was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is located on the East Coast highway, in a peaceful area yet just a short drive from the city’s main attractions. Check-in was a breeze, with the staff greeting us warmly and efficiently. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfy bed, modern amenities, and a spotless bathroom stocked with high-quality toiletries. The restaurant served a fantastic breakfast buffet. The long pool was pristine and really eye catching. I Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality.

Lovely meandering pool, lush greenery, within 5 mins of the temples. Amazing food at both restaurants. Very comfortable rooms ( stayed in the pool facing chalets). Spa and staff - Athithi and Melody were very welcoming and professional. The manager Santosh went out of his way to rectify initial issues I had and make my stay memorable. Priyanka at the reception was also keen to take feedback as I checked out.

The property is traditional style, but our room we had cockroaches on the bed. The activities they promise are available only upon if the resort have more than 10 rooms occupied.

The best part of the property was the staff: friendly, attentive, and professional from check-in, restaurant servers, chefs, buggy drivers to the pool service. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, which had great variety and quality. The staff was always eager to help us at every step of the way. The pool attendant also offered us a new swimming short when one of the family members forgot to bring his.

Facilities are as advertised. Enjoyed the pool, beach, Kite flying and the overall facility. The complementary breakfast was just ok. Can't complain but it wasn't great either. Restaurant food was very good. Overall the service from staff was good. This is our second stay but previous stay was better than this one. Car parking, children playing area, indoor games facility, beach front area were all good. Bathroom was clean and running hot water was available. Good place for family visits. Attached pictures are from 2024 stay.
