I stayed for one night in one of the rooms on the first floor, right above the backyard. The location is good, right in the (not overly exciting) city center. On the upside, the room was clean and the amenities mentioned in the description on booking.com were all available (kettle, tea, coffee, A/C,..). Staff was friendly.

Beautiful hotel! A true hidden gem. Beautiful room, clean, very well kept hotel. 20 minutes to/from Limone ski hill. I absolutely would stay here again.

This was the most amazing hotel! The room was charming (and large), the staff wonderful, and breakfast amazing. The two dinners we had at the bistro were superb. There is some great hiking in the area. Be careful of tunnel closure times when coming from the south.

Outstanding customer service and staff at the hotel and at the restaurant and amazing heated swimming pool and beautiful outdoor facility. The hotel restaurant across the street was delicious. We ate there every day for lunch and dinner. Excellent staff, extremely attentive, kid friendly, serviceable and accomodating! Rooms were very clean. Convenient underground parking. The hotel and restaurant is family owned and the owners are always present on the property and made sure every guest is well taken care of. Would love to come back again! The environment is excellent - in the lake and surrounded by green. Very beautiful and very nice walk around the lake. With parking, restaurant, and tennis court. The boat house is very beautiful and clean inside. We enjoyed our stay there.
