Very large and comfortable in a beautiful building

The staff were very helpful and supportive. Always there was a smile on their faces (in a good cheerful way)

Alice and her family were so kind, looked after us well, food was homemade and excellent, truly Italian, nothing was a bother, the view from the room was breathtaking.

Great place, great contact with owner, well equipped, well located, 5 minutes from downtown. Safe place, very spacious apartment, I would say at least 40 square meters. Pizzeria downstairs next door is a must !

We were warmly welcomed by the host, who kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time, which was very convenient. The apartment is brand new with a stunning design: everything is beautifully thought out, stylish, and comfortable, with lots of designer touches that make it a real pleasure to stay. A nice bonus: there’s even a beach umbrella provided! The location is also great — just a short walk (about 10 minutes) from the train station, making it very easy to get here directly from the airport by train. A free beach is only 5 minutes away (you’ll need sand shoes, but they can be easily bought at a small shop on the next street). There are plenty of beaches in the area, most of them paid. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. A bus stop is just a couple of minutes from the apartment, with a ride to the city center taking around 25–30 minutes. Right across the street, there’s a small shop with fresh fruits and vegetables, and within a 10-minute walk you’ll find a large supermarket and several stores with fresh seafood. Overall, the place is excellent — the distance from the city center is more than compensated by the calm atmosphere, nearby beaches, and the beautiful design of the apartment. Highly recommended!

Good location, nice place near the apartment, comfortable bed , nice interior

the apartment was spacious and very well equipped - especially if you have young kids. It's on a main street, close to groceries and good restaurants. You are about a 20 minute walk to Ferrari Metro station

The location was great for visiting the "old city" and the room was very spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The breakfast spread was a full meal, even though we did not eat there. It felt like a very safe and friendly hostel.

The place had very friendly, accommodating, and communicative staff. I had an unfortunate injury while hiking in Corsica, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, and there is common space as well. The location is also perfectly situated between the train station and port. It’s also any easy walk to downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here in Genoa! The price was very reasonable as well!

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Great location—easy to reach from the airport by train or bus. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We especially appreciated the private parking spot, which is a big plus in Genova where parking can be difficult. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!

The owner was very friendly and kind, gave us directions to the city, restaurants and etc. The place was very clean, had everything a person can need at home and the view was breathtaking. Perfect experience, 10/10

Great stay for the price, good location and amenities. Other than the light switches being a little dusty it was pretty good for a two night stay. There is a stove and a fridge so if you want food for yourself you can do it.

Room was really comfortable. I didn't use but they have a kitchen actually two kitchens in my floor. Door lock is a padcode but don't worry it is hard to open that door even if you enter the padcode. Also staff is very nice and warm.

Loved it. Great location right in front of the station. Friendly staff. Many fun evening activities. Equipped kitchen with free food to prepare. But don't miss the pizzeria in the immediate left. Nice big clean rooms. Everything was perfect.

Sweet little, inexpensive, basic hotel in the heart of town. Great location. Downstairs and to the right is an incredible place to eat. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Strong stable internet
