The friendliness of the staff, clean rooms very clean property and the view of the ocean was spectacular. Quan Campbell, was very helpful and friendly, she called and check up on us the next morning as she promised and that was a WOW to me. The room attendant Ingrid was very helpful and had my room room extremely clean, Ashley did a fantastic job on the day of my check in and departure the bellman on checkin was very friendly but sorry i cannot remember his name. The lady chef in the breakfast dining room she was friendly and nice. I love the way she did my eggs had to go back the next day. The overall staff was fabulous and the environment on a whole was comfortable and peaceful. I will definitely be going back there to stay.

This property is thee absolute bomb. The people here are fantastic and down to earth. There’s lots of things to do. Bowling, pool parties, water aerobics, places to eat, water sports, and soooo much more.

I loved everything about my stay at Hyatt Ziva! The staff there was so kind and welcoming, the room was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I can remember laying in. The food was very delicious in Jamaica roots restaurant and the buffet…absolutely amazing food! I can not wait to return!

The hotel has a laid back vibe with some island flare. It was a busy hotel but at no time did we feel overwhelmed. The staff did a wonderful job of managing their various duties so at no time did we feel as though we had to wait lengthy times for service or for anything else. The water park was a hit with the family: well managed, attentive lifeguards and great swim up bar. We also loved the variety of entertainment they offered through out the day. There was always a wonderful selection of food at the various restaurants on the property and everything tasted great! Exceptional security around the property. We always felt safe. Big up Oneil the groundsman for keeping the beach and surroundings clean all day!

The service was exceptional. I was a bit wary at first because some of the reviews complained about service. But every member of Catalonia staff I encountered was polite and helpful. A few even went way out of their way to help us. I travel a lot, and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had. Also plenty of variety, food-wise in the dining hall.
