Resorts in Koh Rong Island

The Beach Resort is located in the central part of the beautiful Pagoda beach in Koh Rong. Thanks to Mr. Chumnit who did everything to make the stay at this resort flawless. From the moment I booked the accommodation, I had support via Whatsapp and all the details for organizing the transfer to the island and the return from the island to the airport. I recommend that the resort organizes a return transfer with the Pagoda Speedboat that goes directly from Sihanoukville to Pagoda Beach and also a return to Sihanoukville or a complete transfer to Phnom Phen or the airport directly from Pagoda Beach. The resort has Standard rooms and Seaview rooms, very clean and tidy and everything you need for a pleasant stay, air conditioning, wifi, mini fridge, towels for the room and the beach, daily room cleaning. The use of kayaks and SUPs and the use of the swimming pool are free for guests. I recommend renting a scooter-motorcycle for an independent tour of the island, just ask at the reception and Mr. Chumnit will prepare a motorcycle for you as soon as possible. The beach of The Beach Resort has the most coconut palms 🌴🌴🥥🌴 and enough sunbeds and space for you to have your privacy, and it can never be crowded. The small beach bar (You&Me) was great for ending the day with Happy Hour from 4pm - 7pm, draft beer for $1 and cocktails $3.50 🙌, great selection of delicious food from the menu, recommendation for Seafood grill. All in all, The Beach Resort is an excellent choice for everyone who comes to spend a pleasant vacation away from noise and mass tourism, yet on one of the most beautiful beaches on Koh Rong Island. Hope to visit again and will plan to stay more days.

My stay at Apsara Resort Koh Rong was nothing short of magical! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views that instantly made me feel at ease. The resort is nestled in a serene location, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Accommodation: The bungalows are beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. I stayed in a beachfront bungalow, and waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of crystal-clear waters was unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a peaceful stay. Food & Dining: The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, from fresh seafood to traditional Cambodian cuisine. Every meal was a delight, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate dietary preferences. Dining by the beach under the stars was an experience I’ll cherish forever. Activities: There’s no shortage of things to do at Apsara Resort. I enjoyed snorkeling in the vibrant coral reefs, kayaking around the island, and simply lounging on the pristine beach. The resort also organized a sunset boat tour, which was a highlight of my trip. For those seeking relaxation, the hammocks and beachside massages were perfect. Staff & Service: The staff at Apsara Resort truly made my stay exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a memorable experience. Their genuine care and professionalism added a special touch to my vacation. Overall Experience: Apsara Resort Koh Rong is a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. The location was great and the atmosphere around the bungalow was extremely relaxed and pleasant. If you are looking for a party, this isn't the place for you. That said, the staff will be happy to organize a trip to any of the island's parties for you. If you are looking for a great place to relax with a beautiful beach and wonderful hosts, this is exactly the right place. The staff took care of everything you could think of. I was having an allergy problem and I asked where the next pharmacy was located to get some allergy medicine. Rather than sending me to a pharmacy, the owner went to his bungalow and gave me 2 allergy tablets from his personal supply. I only booked for 2 nights, but enjoyed it so much that I stayed 2 additional nights.

Privately located away from the crowd with modern design. Very clean and situated along side of the hills surrounded by natures. Cocktails bar in the swimming pools, you don’t have to get out from the pool to get your drinks while enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. A beautiful long stretch of white sand beach to enjoy your walk with your love ones. Food is delicious and the staffs are awesome. Highly recommended.

What an amazing spot! Absolutely crackin location. The beach, staff, bungalow and food. Nothing fancy, rustic and easy living. But wow, just wow I could have stayed forever.
