The twin City View room was worth the slight top-up for its floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning view of Jeju City. The room was spotless, exceptionally spacious, and well designed, with a separate toilet room, large main bathroom with both bathtub and shower, blackout curtains, and beds big enough for two people each. The outdoor pool was well maintained with a nice view, and the indoor facilities — spa, indoor pool, gym — looked excellent. The kids also enjoyed the hotel arcade. Staff were polite and helpful.
