We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The owner is absolutely amazing—he speaks excellent English, is available 24/7, and is always ready to help with any issue. His hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. The location is perfect—just **2 minutes from the beach**! The rooms are **clean, comfortable, and well-equipped** with a **powerful AC and a ceiling fan** that worked perfectly. The **bed was so soft**—we fell asleep instantly every night! The **on-site restaurant** serves **delicious food and great coffee**—we enjoyed every meal. We were **extremely satisfied** with our stay and will **definitely come back**! Highly recommend this place to everyone. **Thank you for such a wonderful experience!** 😊

I felt so comfortable while I was staying at Surf lavender.the place is very clam and not far from the beach as well as the weligama city.the hotel has been renovated very recently it seems and the rooms are very clean.alao the hotel arranges the tours to yala which was fantastic.the owner chaminda is very humble local.i defenetly come back.

Such an awesome place, would recommend 5/5! The location was right in front of the beach so especially a perfect place to stay if you're planning to surf. Both surf lessons and boards were offered by Green Rooms and the whole staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super good (bread, eggs, lots of fruits, coffee...) and there was also a possibility to have dinner on the spot (we did and the food was delicious). The garden and pool area were very nice and tidy, and there were hammocks and bean bags in the beach side where you could just sit back and relax. All in all great experience and a perfect place to stay!

    The hotel rooms has the best views to the ocean and Cape Weligama, so you can just watch it for hours from your balcony. The resort is ideal for aurvedic treatments, but its better to come during cooler months and the place has wast open spaces withour AC. The location if perfect for escapes and meditation. Also the resort offers free yoga and meditation classes with the teacher Emil Mendis who has profound knowledge of yogic science and you can ask him different questions.
