I rarely give reviews to a hotel but today is different and I need to congratulate and thank the exceptional quality of St Regis. We celebrated my friends birthday and the extra details St Regis team put into making our trip memorable and delightful is unmatched ! All the departments and each staff is friendly and attentive with genuine friendliness ! My and my friends enjoyed the spa and afternoon tea package and certainly will return again . We also loved the 6 pm champagne party at the lobby with free bubblies for guests ... PS special thanks to Ricky and his team !
