Good location: it was a walking distance to Galaxy Arena,the venue for the D Party concert that I watched. The property is very clean, it smells so good once you enter the hotel lobby and its hallways. Presence of hotel staff almost everywhere who are always ready to provide assistance to their guests. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone has a smile on their face whenever I see them. Shout out for Lucas Lin - Guest Relations Officer at the front office of The Parisian Macau, he made my stay extra special by treating my mom and I with a birthday cake!It was a lovely gesture that was greatly appreciated. I also commend the concierge department of the hotel for taking care of my parcel that contains my event ticket. I was so relieved after receiving it, this only proves that the hotel concierge is reliable and dependable for mailed items addressed to the hotel. Hotel facilities were superb! My nephew enjoyed his stay at the hotel because of the swimming pool. The restaurant by the pool area serves good food too. My mom and nephew loved it! Everything, absolutely delightful

It’s clean comfortable, elegance and luxuries, the staffs are friendly, the pool, restaurant , gym is near its convenient.

Above and beyond, i left my expensive watch in the room while room service and room was cleaned nothing was touched , room itself is full of amenities like nespresso coffee machine and humidity controller would definitely come again.

Room was spacious. Staffs were super friendly. Location was strategic to big casinos. It is within walk and interconnected. Food could easily be found. The hotel complex have street food, and you can also find food in the mall. Love it.

The cleaning of our suite was amazing, every day the amenities were replenished and the floor was vaccumed, clean towels and bed was very well put together; check in was great and all concierge staff were so helpful and so nice. Free bottles of water given at the reception and by the cleaning staff, and the swimming pool staff were amazing as well, we loved the water quality at the swimming pool. Super super thanks for such a great hotel and an amazing suite and pools and the staff, congrats to everyone!!!

Pros: The turn down service is exceptional, they come without having to ask. Concierge is very helpful, bell boy really takes care of us when we need to hail a cab. Big room, nice modern design. Very clean. Lots of free bottle water. Shower separate from the toilet, good water pressure. Cons: mini fridge not cold enough. The lighting in the bathroom could've been brighter. It's hard to control the brightness of the bedroom, either too bright with the master switch or the relax mode of the lighting barely made any difference.

The hotel is located in the heart of the City of Dreams, which offers a beautiful atmosphere and is also home to an excellent casino. We noticed that the check-in process was very fast and, above all, highly professional. We arrived at around 8:00 a.m. and were assisted immediately. We were welcomed by a young receptionist named Kathrina, who was exceptionally friendly and answered all of our questions promptly. The team truly went the extra mile by personally showing us to our room and assisting us with any additional requests. This made a significant difference, all delivered in perfect English. A particularly pleasant surprise was receiving a birthday gift along with a card from the management, without having mentioned anything beforehand. This thoughtful gesture was extremely positive and genuinely made me very happy. We stayed in a suite that was absolutely top-notch, offering a fantastic view of the fountain show. The room was very well designed with great attention to detail and featured many amenities. We especially appreciated the availability of international power outlets as well as charging cables for various mobile phones. The bathroom was my family’s favorite part of the suite—it was almost difficult to get everyone out on time. Service is clearly a top priority at this hotel. We experienced a minor issue when the circuit breaker tripped after turning on the makeup mirror. We reported this to the concierge, and the follow-up as well as the speed at which this small issue was resolved were exemplary. One point worth mentioning, although it was beyond the hotel’s control: the Dancing Water show had to be canceled halfway through due to a technical issue. After we inquired at the reception about the cancellation policy, a staff member personally contacted the show organizers and provided us with all the relevant information. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having the Cafe de Coral restaurant right inside the building, which made grabbing takeout for breakfast so easy!

The gentleman who did my check in was just amazing, Ronald, I hope I remember his name right, he gave me an amazing first impression of the hotel, he was professional and very nice, he answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I chose Altira to watch the fireworks on the evening of Lantern Festival. The view from the room was just perfect. The show was magical. The room was spacious and beautiful.

Location is in between ferry and historic center so quite walkable.

I loved the place, very spacious for the price.

Breakfast was good overall, I liked their dim sum. They also had a great ice coffee to which I added milk and syrup that made it even better. I also like the area surrounding the hotel; it had parks and bbq pits by the ocean and there were nice walking trails right by the ocean back to the hotel from the parks and high-end looking houses. I also loved the live concert on Friday because the artists were exceptional!
