Fantastic hotel, definitely one of the best on Mactan. We've stayed here many times over the last ten years, and every time we come back, it gets better. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, they definitely go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Can not recommend the hotel highly enough, enjoyed every minute of our time there.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is the best, lots of choices of food. There are some stores like Mcdo near the property and other restaurant, and also SAVEMORE grocery incase u need something to buy. U can book GRAB for service or take-out food easily. 3 swimming pools in total. The property accommodated all my request, a crib for my 3yr old son for FREE! They even put up extra bed for my other son but i told them no need for it because 2 full beds are enough. The Toilet & Bathroom area in our room is big. We enjoyed our stay 🥰

The check in and check out process was smooth. The service is at the excellent level. Everyone was so welcoming. There are variety of restaurants where you can have wonderful food. We tried out Italian restaurant. We loved it. The beach and pools are amazing. We felt that we are in Korea, because there are many Korean nationals. The gym is good and it has all necessary equipments. The breakfast was excellent. It meets all you dietary expectations. We loved our stay.

The hotel service was excellent. All staff were always smiling and helping. Front manager Jerry was perfect, resolving all issues and making you love the hotel. Lestor made our days staring from the breakfast. Food was great, so we eat too much. We took 2 bedroom family room and it was very comfortable and just renovated.

    Lovely hotel for a stopover, this old girl is built in a lovely classic Asian beach resort style. 30 years on, the rooms are in want of a refresh. They’re still perfectly comfortable and functional and well maintained. This was our second stay here and we’d absolutely come back again.

    Very high level of service, we really enjoyed. It’s well managed. Lot of staff, all very professional. Quiet and peaceful with a lot of nice features to explore. It’s a great option for a family resort holiday.

    The beach resort was very clean. Salute to the housekeeping staffs as they are so hardworking and approachable. I like the design of the resort. Cultural but some rooms are a bit rusty. Our AC was leaking on the first night then on the third day it would not even get cold in the room. We let them know about the problem since day 1 but we are not fuzzy so we still stay in the same room but no one really followed up so anyways.

    I've stayed at all luxury resorts in Cebu/Mactan and the Reef is by far the best when it comes to the breakfast. Great variation from day to day. One day I asked if the enchiladas contained pork, which they did and which I don't eat, so the helpful staff asked the chef to make a vegetarian enchilada for me. Overall 5/5. First time I had an early check-in in Cebu in 10 years (we arrived at 11 and the room was ready). All other places you have to wait even if the room is ready.
