The Float House was a Perfect Place to relax. The bed was extra comfortable & the gentle rocking of the water provided a great night sleep. The staff was lovely & the Bkfst & dinner buffets were plentiful & delicious.

Everything is spectacular. The staff is friendly, the room and facilities are very nice and clean. They are doing some renovation in some areas which will be much better for the next visit. We visited here 9 years ago and we could say that it is very much improved. We really love the new swimming pool.

The Onsen villa had a beautiful view of the river and a hot tub that is filled daily from the hotel hot springs. There is also a swimming pool and large hot spring pool for guests that didn't book an Onsen villa. The hotel grounds are beautiful and you can hear many wild birds from the room. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Would definitely visit again.

The location on the hillside overlooking the beautiful lake is stunning, the boat ride in the late afternoon towards the sundown was also a highlight. Reception and employees all very friendly. (with one exception, see dinner)
