We had personal checkin and facility expert dedicated to us Janine and Doğan took care of everything. Heated huge pool was very beautiful. Service to the poolside was timely. Great smiling staff has been always helpful. Alacart restaurants were amazing. Fine food and great service. Room service was everyday and personalized. Zeliha was great and did a great job every time I asked for anything. Room was beautiful and very functional. Restaurants for everyday lunch and dinner were out of this world. There was a bar overlooking at the beach with everyday different live band which was so fun. Aqua Zumba and all sport activities were amazing. Kids club was great. Can’t say enough. We thought we were in a different dimension. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation. ❤️❤️ ❤️I

Especially, Secaatin from the reception, we arrived a little bit early and they prepared the room for us before the normal check-in. Deniz and Tuğba from the lobby bar were very kind, and they helped us to learn a little bit of Turkish. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Will be repeated definitely.

Mr.Ramazan was very helpful and great, he made sure that our stay was exceptional. The staff were very well trained in every department and always smiling and made sure to maintain a great service! I will definitely be back next summer and maybe every summer for suree🤩
