Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple or a family group or friends, this luxury hotel caters to everyone. I was first skeptical how you could add luxury and family oriented in one sentence but Hyatt has a superb recipe that makes the marination of all types of travelers possible. The first thing that greets you from the parking lot is the amazing landscape. This estate is a walker's, jogger's and even cyclists paradise. When I passed two landscapers hard at work, they were very courteous and very professional, even while carrying out their duties. The landscape represents the hotel’s impeccable taste and the placement of all varieties of tropical plants throughout the estate mingled the sound of freshwater brooks that relaxes and rejuvenates. Tremendous work is seen and felt within environs.The landscape brings the soothing sounds of gushing fountains as you glide over a stream into the lobby area. And at sunset you can warm up from the light of exquisitely rendered fire pits. True luxury. Check-in was fast, efficient and super courteous. My check in with front desk team member Dee was amazing. In regards to cleanliness and facilities , the grounds are impeccable and the interior design exquisite. They had a wedding for the weekend and the engaged couple's movie on the cinema screen over the escalator was amazing. My room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. The vistas from my room and across the hotel were superb. Cleaning team on my floor was super helpful and gave great attention. Mike at luggage drop May 22 helped me with superb customer care At breakfast,Youssef demonstrated amazing multitasking skills and was super professional with great customer service. The concierge attendant at the lobby elevators was courteous and his role is a visionary investment by the hotel as a great adjunct to the elevator experience on a busy weekend. I didn’t get his name, but he was an excellent Memorial weekend guest assistant.

Everything worked so well. No problems at all.

Do not eat breakfast. Location was good for visiting Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs (different shuttle buses) and wonderful for Epcot - walked there and boat back. Both fun! Facilities were fine - what you’d expect in a “good” hotel - but what made my stay so memorable was the staff. Debra(?) checked me in and out and took the time to chat and answer my questions. She recognised me when I checked out 48 hours after I arrived. Impressive when you consider how many guests she’d spoken to in the meantime! Kevin cheerfully fetched my luggage, called a quality cab and let me know when it arrived, all with a moon boot and a smile.

‏We had an amazing experience at this apartment! The place looks brand new, and the apartment itself is incredibly luxurious and perfect for a family stay. It’s equipped with the latest appliances and beautifully furnished to the highest standard. The entire resort is breathtaking, featuring a huge swimming pool, water slides that our kids absolutely loved, diving boards, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more. Truly outstanding!

Property was very clean, quiet, and in a great location.

Very well maintained condo. Super comfortable living room and bedrooms. Large balcony over looking the lake. We picked this property to be off the Disney grid and have the more serene view of the lake. Lovely ,large balcony. We easily Uber-ed to Disney properties. Pools and hot tub were great. Lots of room. Tiki bar had the best drinks. Very friendly resort!

Location is so great. Me and my boyfriend loved swimming pool as well. And thanks to shuttle bus service, we could easily go to Universal. Hotel was so clean. We really loved this hotel and if we have chance to go back to Orlando, we will stay there.

- CLEAN ROOMS - WIFI WAS GOOD - LOTS OF RESTAURANTS NEAR BY - VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. - REFRIGERATOR AND COFFEE MACHINE AVAIL IN ROOM. - THE PROPERTY HAS A LOT OF PLACE TO WALK AROUND AND LOOKS VERY GREEN AND BEAUTIFULLY. - CHOICE OF GOOD FOR BREAKFAST AND DINNER BUFFET WAS GOOD - THEY DO STORE UR LUGGAGE FOR FREE INCASE OF EARLY CHECK OUT . - THEY HAVE A SWIMMING POOL .

Excellent hotel for a family vacation. Our 5-year-old child was thrilled with the pool. The room was very clean, and the staff were polite. Perfect location. We will definitely come back to this hotel! The only thing that could be improved is adding one more person at the reception desk in the evening hours. We had to wait two hours to check in because the guests before us had some issue, and it took a long time to sort out their accommodation.

We had breakfast, went swimming in the pool, walked around the hotel with our toddler. It is a great location and very well maintained.

The landscape was perfect for photo shooting

From finding the place to trying different stuff was great. From the beginning to the ending. The checking in process was smooth. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. The other staff at the front desk were also nice and very friendly. Locating our room was not an issue at all. The premises are decorated lovely for the holidays. You can feel the Xmas spirit. The room was very clean and welcoming. Exactly what I saw online is what I got. Our suite was very spacious. The grounds are very well kept. Very very clean. The signage in the areas are visible and understandable. The ice and laundry room is like a mini laundry mart. Very organized clean and accommodating. My husband and I visited the bar on our last night while washing. We went to do take out but decided to have a shot (drink) while waiting on our order. Brian was very welcoming and friendly. He acknowledged us right away and offered assistance. The food was very quick on coming out. The drink that were mentioned by Brian was the business, very well executed. It was so good we decided to stay and eat and have a few more drinks. There were a couple that we met at the bar preparing to leave. They decided to stop and recommended that we try the pizza with the white sauce, man they could of not been more on point. They even pointed out the chef and gave standing ovation on his services. They often visit there every Wednesday. The chef was amazing. He came over and brought our pizza over when it was done and told us about the love he put into that special order. First bite and the love was loving, we tasted the love. We ate every bit of that pizza. After dinner we thanked both bartender and chef for their services. They returned the same gesture and appreciation. We will definitely be coming back and would also recommend to others. Thank you Booking.com & Melia Orlando Celebration. You guys are the BOMB
