The staff was fantastic! Special mention to Mark of the front desk. He made us feel at ease after an 11-hour flight. The whole experience was great and the location is fantastic. The room is quite spacious and the mini kitchen is a nice touch. I'd stay here again if I ever go back to San Francisco.
