Some staff have been there 35 years !! All the Pied Piper bar staff were pros Concierges Juan & Connie the best Great team Great Hotel

Perfect hospitality. Staff were professional and helpful with anything needed. Great location near SFMOMA, eating places and a Catholic Church. Rooms a good size and good housekeeping. Would stay again.

The staff. Every encounter was excellent. I got upgraded to a gorgeous corner suite with a butler. Made my stay! Amazing views

I would like to thank all of the staff for being so generous and did an upgrade on my reservation because I marked that it is my first Anniversary . Thank you Four season for everything that you did to make my first Anniversary fabulous .

Staff were all very welcoming, friendly, worked well together, they made us feel like home.

The property is very clean and pleasant, but what sets it apart is Roy! The service he provided was phenomenal.

We liked the art work and location.

Perfect for the price! The room and bathroom were very clean, and the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent, and they even gave me a room much earlier than the official check-in time

I really LOVEDDDD this hotel! it’s right next to convenience stores, my sister and I enjoyed being able to walk across the street for late night snacks and food. Literally next to chinatown and so much to do! although it is next to everything, we stayed on the 3rd floor so it was not too loud from outside. Shower was hitting!! i loved it. Check in was easy!

Awesome location near everything

Everything, especially the location

the hotel is well located and it offers a good breakfast. Punya at the counter is super nice and very helpful!

excellent price with great location. the staffs were very nice and friendly.

Location is downtown and easy to take public transportation to a lot of places, also walkable to union square and Chinatown. Safe hotel. Room is comparable small, but service makes me feel it’s a good value. Valet parking is more affordable than other hotel. Will choose here next time.

This is my go-to every time I’m in SF now, REALLY good location for tourists
